Ralphie and his crew cleaned up my neighbors tree. Cleaned up our backyard when they were done too where the tree had been making a mess. Very professional.

I had a few estimates on my twisted mesquite tree in my back yard and I chose Jason's to trim it. Robert had the most knowledge to correct my problem tree. I've had a few others trim it in the past and it looked horrible after they were done. Roberts crew did a fantastic job considering they had to work around lots of fragile things. After they were done the yard was cleaner than when they started. GREAT JOB!!!! DD

USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've had my tree trimmed three times. It's a massive tree that I love but have been curious if I should have it removed because each time it's cut, it looks worse. I've thought, Does anyone know what they're doing??? That answer is YES!!! TREETIME DESIGN is incredible!! They're also easy to communicate with, full of ideas... just VERY helpful. We have never had such good, professional tree service since moving to AZ 6 yrs ago. Ana & Alberto = excellent people to work with - professional, given to much quality & careful work. They trimmed and did sprinkler extensions for us. They didn't spend time on their cell phones wasting customers time, they came on time, and cleared debris. wow! It was sunday morning and I found a large tree branch had broken off in sat nights wind. I found Az Home Check on home adviser and filled out a request form and on a sunday morning I got a quick and friendly reply. Mon morn the crew came out and took care of my tree mess. Thanks Jessie for a job well done in a timely manor!!

Got a quote a week before my appointment day of trim no show not even a text . Had used them past two years found them reasonable and reliable.
Jacked the price from $ 100.00 up to $ 300.00 for the same job agreed on the price you would think they would have at least followed through. Found a better commpaany following day

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

I have had pretty mixed experiences with other tree service places. These guys were the best. They answered a ton of my questions, charged a fair price and did excellent work. I will be using them going forward.

These guys are fantastic and they’re trimming expertise is an art form. Also, they have a special route fertilizer formula that all my fruit trees love. They also trim my palms. Everything is fantastic.

The service team arrived on the scheduled date and was professional, safety-conscience and efficient. Tom’s service team not only did a wonderful job trimming and thinning our mesquite, but they completely removed all the trimmings and other ground debris.
