We had a slab leak that led to removal of our island. Jacob anwered and came out quick to answer any questions and see what needed to be done. Charles and his crew came out to remove our island and were super informative and knowledgeable about the process since we had to go thru home insurance. They were super friendly, helpful, courteous and left my house cleaner than when they started. We chose them based on their reviews and we are so happy we chose them. No one wants to discover a leak but if you do, this team is awesome!!

Terrific restoration company helped restore my business after a busted pipe created a flood. The insurance company suggested we use Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix for the restoration work needed. We agreed after looking them up and checking them out. And they did great work. This company is well managed, detailed, organized and focused on customer service. Everything I want out of my damage restoration company.

Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! We had a great experience with Robert and Andrew at Phoenix Water Damage. When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. Their professionalism, promptness, and honesty help guide us through this experience. We highly recommend them.

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen island that required removal of the cabinetry due to water saturation and microbial growth. Jenkins Restorations (Everett, Jose and Caleb) removed the cabinetry, determined what could be salvaged (cabinet doors and shelving), built supports for the granite countertop and sink, and brought in equipment to dry out the moisture from the leak. Totally professional and efficent. They helped make a bad situation easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

The PM David was responsive and made sure that the delivery of work is perfect. I appreciate the temporary enablement that was made for the toilet so that we can continue to use it which was very helpful.
9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. I understand the underlying issues on both sides. Overall at the outset, I am happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Paul Davis to my friends and reach out to them for any work in future work.
