I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

I was extremely pleased with the way Service Master handled my restoration. From start to finish everything was done extremely professionally, proficiently, & meticulously. Two members of the team- lead Charles Stratton and Kevin Lopez went above and beyond. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing, that they enjoy what they do, and that they cared about me as a client- beyond what I've experienced from other professionals in this- or any other field. I've had experiences with other restoration companies- some awful- but none quite like this- I highly recommend Service Master to anyone & everyone- as far as I and my insurance company are concerned they are by far the best restoration company out there.

Water Fighters was there for us when we needed them most. What was a stressful situation was quickly turned around. Very professional, affordable, timely, and honest. I do not want anymore water damage, but at least I know that I have my go to company .

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

After a water damage claim our insurance company recommended Venturi for the restoration. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. He was on time and discussed our options and next steps. We were able to add some of our own updates as part of the process (at our own expense). Our home is better than before!

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

As a Property Manager of higher valued homes in North Scottsdale, I utilize quite a few different service venders. Privacy, Professionalism, and Prompt timely work is a requirement in our business. We had just moved into our new house and there was a musty smell. I was introduced to this business for mold testing by my relative. The inspectors were really polite. I'm relieved they only discovered a little problem.

Brandy, my rep & Jorge the project manger were some of the most professional, considerate people to work with. They honestly cared about doing the right thing. Mold remediation is difficult to detect & treat properly. I was sick with CIRS/ mold for 21 years so I am very educated. FEW companies seriously know how to find it let alone treat it!!! These people are the “ones” that can do the job correctly & fight for your rights as well.

My entire experience with Belfor was excellent. From the beginning to the end of the project they were professional, on-time, and exceeded my expectations.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them! I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options..... he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-) The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.......very funny down to earth guys. They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me!!! :-) I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.
