I have a 27 year old special needs Niece that I spend her Birthday weekend with every year. My Hot water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. When my wife started contacting other Plumbers the best they could do was schedule me for an estimate on Saturday, or Monday. This was going to ruin a special occasion my Niece looks forward to all year. I contacted Drew and he quoted me a very fair price and had it installed that afternoon. I spent $150 for them to do nothing. They tried to run a snake through my drain but after 3 attempts (2of which by the in training person) they gave up and instead of $424 I paid $150. Meanwhile the guy who was suppose to be training was telling his wife on the phone he’d be done shortly… yet they hadn’t been there but 20 minutes or so … seemed like they wanted to leave then do the job. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Go with an actual master plumber not this company. Btw my husband (non plumber) fixed the clog. We purchased a $300 snake from Harvor Freight with the extension. One time with the extension and it cleared.

I do things myself and I was trying to remove a Moen cartridge in my tub and it broke. I called about 6 companies and they either didn't have availability or I didn't feel comfortable inviting them over. I called David and he gave me a fair quote, arrived in about 15 minutes after my call and had my faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. He was willing to continue from where I left off where the cartridge broke. Thank you DWV Plumbing and you have earned my business.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

McKendrees helped with a faucet issue and their customer service and attentiveness has been absolutely amazing. Alec is incredibly professional and someone I would trust to do future plumbing work at my house. We had an issue and the customer service and attention provided to us has been absolutely mind blowing. Not only do they do a good job, but they treat you like family and make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. I won’t trust another company with my plumbing issues.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people
