Gavin and his crew are excellent in their craft.Had my water heater replaced then followed with a new vanity with vessel in the powder room. Also put in the most amazing Toto toilet which he recommended.They came recently as I needed urgent request as my water detection device decided to close the valve and wouldn’t stay open. They saved the day in removing it and getting my water flowing again.Thank you so much for always being there.Fair pricing.

Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

Stumbled across Top of the Line Plumbing looking for a replacement water heater...so glad I did! Spoke to Gavin over the phone and he thoroughly explained all my options. When Scott came to do the work, he was on time, professional and VERY efficient. Gavin was in the are so he even dropped by to check on us and make sure everything was ok! So happy with it, I had them some and correct some mistakes a previous plumbing company had made. EXTREMELY happy with that service call as well!Plumbing work is not inexpensive...but with don't hesitate to call Top of the Line. I hired Top of the Line Plumbing to install a Rinnai RU 199 IP tankless water heater. They did an excellent job and they are now the plumbers I will use going forward for all my plumbing needs. Gavin Thomas and his team were professional, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The technician called 30 minutes before arriving to tell when he would be there and the installation was done within the time frame committed. Gavin and Top of The Line Plumbing are top notch plumbers. Gavin was very easy to get in contact with and answered my many many questions. He hydro-jetted my line and is scheduled to de-scale the cast iron sewer piping system at my home. As a former building contractor he was impressive at all aspects of his profession. As luck would have it, my water heater went out on Friday with guests intending to enjoy our home. Tough to enjoy a home when you have to take a cold shower. Well, I was in urgent need to get this corrected ASAP. Gavin is great. Clean, experienced and professional..but seriously he unclogged what 2 other Companies couldn't. I heard solutions from jackhammering my tile floor removing kitchen cabinets, to building a new laundry room elsewhere on the property!!. This one Company spent several hours to tell me this. Top of the line not only figured out its just the P trap at the laundy line IN GARAGE!, but Gavin got everything flowing fine in an hour. Then we were able to get proper 2 hr repair scheduled a few days later. Thanksgiving was spent without a working kitchen sink from me making the wrong call.. Top of the Line gets my first call every-time!!Thanks again Gavin your the man!

Gavin does great work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even drove me to pick out parts, because I couldn’t drive due to an injury. He is very polite and cleans up after the job. I will always use Top of the Line Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

If you want a professional quality plumbing repair then Top of the Line Plumbing is the place to call. Our waste drain line in our ceiling broke and let the water from the upstairs laundry and bath pour out into the ceiling. I called late on Monday night and got a voicemail and I placed a request for a service call. I was called back after hours to make sure it wasn't an emergency and they scheduled a service call to come out the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly found the issue and provided an estimate. I approved the estimate and scheduled the repair for Thursday. Gavin, Ryan and Chris showed up on time and quickly went to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the repair and tested the system before they left. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Best. Plumbing. Service. Ever. Seriously. I submitted an Angie's List request for a quote on Sunday evening. They called me right at 8am (or slightly before) Monday morning. Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. High quality and reasonable price. Can't go wrong with working with this company. Top notch and benchmark service.

Gavin did a great job installing a tankless water heat, water softener and R/O system. Install was very clean and competitively priced. He also came out for another small plumbing job to replace my outdoor hose bibs. Very pleased with response on both small job and big jobs. Highly recommend!

They are always quick to respond, always crisp and clear in communications, whether by phone, email, or text. Most importantly, they are always prompt, finished the jobs faster than expected and with top quality. Total pros throughout - HIGHLY recommended!

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

I have used Gavin and Steven for various projects on my house. They have done work involving repairing a broken pipe, installing an outdoor shower/relocating lines for my summer kitchen, installing a tankless water heater, and now helping me with some pool issues. I used Top of the Line Plumbing for a plumbing inspection and also for a drain repair. Gavin, the owner went above and beyond with both to make sure they were done to code and completely correct with no issues whatsoever. They also replaced a hot water heater in my moms house and left everything cleaner then when they came. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Came out to repair/clean a main waste line. They showed me the issue (see pic) with their impressive pipe inspection technology and remedied the situation using a partial pipe replacement and pipe cleaning approach. Really enjoyed working with the team and appreciated their service. They also enlighten me to the layout of the piping underneath the house which will be helpful intel for future remodel considerations.

My drains have been backing up at least once a year for the last 19 years I’ve lived here. These gentlemen came to my house within about 15 minutes of calling and within less than an hour they had my drains running properly and told me what the issue was that constantly cost at old pipes of course and will be getting me a quote as to what needs to be done and the charge was very very reasonable. I’ve had others quote me and they were 234 times more than these people

Hands down the best bang for your buck. After getting quotes from several companies for the install of two well pumps, two pressure tanks, aerator, water heater and 5 sink faucets. Top of the line was chosen and surpassed every expectation I had.Professional, knowledgeable and most important of all dependable.
