Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

Eddie our plumber was outstanding in how he identified a shower wall leak source using a camera so we could show the insurance to get claim coverage. He was a great communicator with what he needed from the other contractors during this massive repair so he could finish on time as promised and with a reasonable price. I would not use anyone else!

After reading all of the fabulous reviews on our neighborhood page, I decided to give Premier Plumbing a call myself. We had a hot water heater that was original to our 23 year old house. Even though it was still working, we knew it was a matter of time. My husband called Premier, who quoted us a price we knew was fair from doing our own research. Eddie came out a few days later, did the new install and even helped with another plumbing issue on the side of the house. He was prompt, professional and did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend Eddie with Premier Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I live out of town and my older home in St Augustine needed a complete re-plumb due to ongoing issues with the original copper piping. After a couple of different quotes from competitors I was referred to Premier by a friend. Beau and the team were super responsive, honest and realistic about the project and price. I truly felt the other companies were looking to take advantage of me being an out of town owner with an urgent need and short time frame. Premier's willingness to work within our timeframe, constant communication and follow-up throughout the project was more than appreciated. The overall costs were more than fair and the quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone who asked.

Eddie and his team were AMAZING! We had been having an on-again-off again plumbing issue that a very large and well-known plumbing company kept trying to fix. We finally called Premier after seeing so many positive recommendations from our neighbors in Julington Creek and they found and fixed the problem immediately. They were so personable, knowledgeable and fair priced that we used them the following week to replace two of our existing toilets with upgrades. We can not recommend them high enough!

Fantastic service. We have lived in our house for about a year and a half and have had several plumbing services out. After using Premier Plumbing we won’t be using any other company. The answering service is friendly, personable and professional. The plumbers have always been on time, knowledgeable and spent time explaining the problem to me in terms I could understand (as a non-plumber this was appreciated!). The prices are more than fair. Go with these guys, you will be happy you did!

I could not be happier with Premier Plumbing and specifically Eddie! Bought my house about 7 years ago and come to find out after the fact that many things were a DIY job including the water heater and water softener. These were plumbed incorrectly that caused the water softener to fail and dump the brine into my main water line. Clogging faucets and damaging the water heater.Premier Plumbing to the rescue! Eddie was very knowledgeable and explained all the work he would be doing to fix the issue. Once complete he even took the time to walk through my home and ensure all my fixtures were working and no longer clogged. Because he took the time to test everything and ensure that the brine was no longer impacting my house, he was able to discover that the brine had also clogged my main drain line. He was able to clear this for me prior to leaving to ensure I was all set. I greatly appreciate all the information he left me with me. I would 100% call them again for any plumbing needs.

Reached out, spoke to the on call tech, Jesse, supervisor friendly, discussed the issue, gave me price, and agreed to come out today, which is a Sunday. Showed up at the time discussed. Very friendly, courteous and respectful. Completed the job and made sure everything was working as it should be and no leaks. Definitely recommend Premier Plumbing and Jesse.

Jake did a good job making a repair in our shower very quickly. He was able to explain what he was doing and provide good recommendations for what to consider doing for future renovations. Appreciated his help!

Jesse at Premire Plumbing is amazing! he’s been to my house 3 times now to deal with our old cast iron pipes and everytime i am so impressed with his work and attitude! we have a lot of issues with plumbing that we’re working on and Jesse has been amazing this whole time.

I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn’t know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I’m very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing for my future needs.

Jake was great he had communication and got the job done within a timely manner. Very respectful of my home didn’t a mess he explained the importance or throwing out flushable wipes and gave pointers on ways to keep our drains clear from other debris like I’m my case (having 4girls) of hair. I can not say enough good things about the folks at Premier Plumbing. We just had to have our house repiped. Premier Plumbing is fantastic! We recently purchased a new home and needed a lot of work done. The office/crew coordinated everything flawlessly. Everyone was always on time, clean, and honest/fair. I would highly recommend Premier, and if available, ask for Eddie!!

I was told to that my window was between 1400-1600. Jesse came in at 1443. Basically within the first hour he was here to resolve our leaky faucet. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 1454. Excellent and speedy service. If you can, please request Jesse on your future requests, it'll be worth it. Also shout out to the customer service team, they were great as well.

Eddie has been to my home to fix water coming in to my washing machine. He had it fixed in 15 minutes. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Will always use Premier!!! Thank you!!!

I was having issues with my plumbing the water was not going out of the tub or when I flushed the toilet turns out I had roots from the tree in my pipes. Jake came out and so fast and efficient I definitely will be recommending them to anyone for their plumbing needs. Great Job Jake!!

Jesse came out to fix a couple things, he kept me filled in on what was wrong he was thorough checked everything! He fixed the tub to prevent the issue from happening again! Man I was in a bind and called premier plumbing. I was lucky enough to talk to one of the owners, Beau. It was Friday at 1:30 pm and my gas water heater was leaking. Beau had 2 teams out, one to remove the old water heater and cap the gas line, and the other to install a new one. All that was complete by end of day on a FRIDAY! Cold showers all weekend doesn’t fly well at our household. Beau even made a call on my behalf to an electrician to have them install a new plug on a Saturday. No other company would get all that done on Friday afternoon. The install team of Jesse and Doug were prompt, professional and walked me through how to use/troubleshoot the new heater.
