Cody & Sons provided a prompt, efficient response in replacing our water heater in less than 4 hours. The plumbing technicians were well trained, knowledgeable and left our home with no visible, minimal evidence of their presence. The company operations center being local in Oak Cliff meant quick availability of the appropriate replacement unit and interface components with our existing plumbing system. Training on water heater maintenance was simple and succinctly presented.

I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

Worst CUSTOMER Service Experience!

Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

This service was amazing with the work I needed was very urgent and got a super quick response and work was done quick for a water leak and repair the sewer line underlayment very happy with the service. However, I did not received the pictures for all the work that was done before and after as they promised I only got two pictures missing a lot more other than that very happy I will always use them any time I need some plumbing service .

Very professional, thorough and honest. They were the fourth company to come and assess a water leak for me, and they were the only ones who were able to find the problem. AAA Auger was great! They fit us in on the same day despite their very busy schedule. Dan was great! He found the blockage & took care of the issue & he also checked the house for any other issues. He helped with our slow drain in the bathroom sink which has been a problem for a while now. He also made suggestions on how to prevent blockages in the future. I highly recommend them & we will use them again if any other plumbing problems come up.

Came right away for clogged kitchen drain. Friendly, diagnosed the problem and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. Left the area cleaned. Very pleased.

It is unusual to share a review for a company that never actually did any work! However, I called to ask if Atlas could send someone to deal with a sewage smell coming from our master bath. Atlas had other appointments and could not get to our house until the following day. Due to the anticipated delay, Sonny gave me a tip on what I could try to mitigate the issue immediately, that would eliminate the need for him to charge for a visit and it worked!!Nice to know there are still reputable businesses out there!

Many times in the last 20 years I have called upon Herndon-McFarland Plumbing to provide various plumbing services at my residence. Every time, this company has provided excellent, fast, respectful and courteous service. Since plumbing needs can be urgent and expensive, I have learned to trust and depend on their receptionist, appointment scheduling, their long time plumber Javier and his team as well as the owner, Lee McFarland. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am very pleased with the quality service received today from Juan Velazquez (plumbing) and Justin Monte (electrical). I was quoted a fair price to replace toilet parts, fix garbage disposal, install new outlets and a light fixture in our garage. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I signed up for the monthly service program.

Allen took the time to go over all my options. I was very comfortable working with him and finding the right solution. He’s very knowledgeable and had everything working again quickly.
