I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said it'd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

They are the best. Great work, I will call them anytime.

Hard Freeze. We had a busted pipe behind the washer. Mr. Rooter was the perfect solution. A great guy named Clint is the absolute best representative any company can have. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very capable. Also the office has wonderful personnel answering the phones.

This is the second time I have used Atlas Plumbing. They were quite professional both times and I like the fact that they bill in 15 minute increments. The secretary that takes the appointment is also very professional and very easy to deal with.

I had this bad experience. They inspected our AC unit as part of the yearly inspection routine. In the process they broke the control unit connector that goes to the the nest thermostat . so the nest thermostat is not able to detected the 24V. When they diagnose the issue, they propose changing the whole wiring of the system that can cause thousands of $ and digging into the wall in the play room and the celings. I got another company to look at this issue of course, because the unit is working fine for 10 years with no issue and after inspection now the wiring system is broken (rises some questions to me?!!) . The new company were able to find the issue in 5 minutes. they did some voltage measurements and look at the control units and found the connector is broken. They replace the control unit for 100$, the issue solved. Sometimes when we work we make mistakes and we broke thing in the process, i have no hard feeling over that, we are humen after all. but what makes me unhappy is the fact that they did not do their home work to look at the real issue and prpose very extreme solution that may not solve the issue. I have been working with Barbosa for more than a year now, they tend to go to extreme solution all the time instead of looking at sample stuff to fix the issue. I have the same experience with the gas line to my water heater. the water heater was working fine for 10 year, they serviced it and they found unit is not getting enough gas, so it vibrates. It was not vibrating before the service. they proposed getting new gas line from outside, and they did that for 4K$. I am sure if i got a second opinion on that, it can be a sample fix, but i did not at that time and paid a heavy price. I have to also mention some positive side of Barbosa, they are very responsive to calls, they do things in very timely manner and they are respectful to their customers. But these two experiences i have, I decided to drop them from my contractor list to work with.

We had overlooked a tripped breaker which caused part of our problem and Marco showed us the GFCI button to reset the the other part of our issue. He was friendly, professional and didn’t even charge us for the visit. We are more than pleased!

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.
