Tribeca came in with the best bid to upgrade our home gas system to provide more pressure to run a pool heater.We shopped around and they had the right attitude, best bid and the most responsive to questions.Our work involved supplying and installing gas regulators, adding hard pipe and fixing gas fittings that were bodged from a previous company.They got us through the gas inspection and handled all city permits and follow thought.They work fast, used overshoes in the house, left the work areas tidy and always tried to make sure we didn’t go without gas too long (which is important because we have little kids that need daily baths).Above all they’re really nice people and great to work with.

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. I will never use this company again. The tech that came to repair a simple hole in a pipe ended up taking 2 hours to do it. He spent most of the time sitting in his van. We couldn't figure out why he was doing that until we saw him do the repair in 10 minutes, then we knew he was exaggerating what needed to be done and to increase the bill.Also, without our asking him to, he tested the water pressure on our house and told us it was in the danger zone. He said it would be $2,300 to fix the pressure on the house and it needed to be done immediately. Our house was 2 years old at that time. We told him no, we wouldn't be doing that at this time as we have never had a problem. He warned us of problems to come if we did not.Then he insisted that he needed to come inside our house (he had been in the garage for the repair) and test every plumbing appliance in our house to see if it was in good working condition. By this point, my husband and I were so skeptical of this untrustworthy man and his claims that we did not let him in the house. My husband told him he did not need to check anything and we sent him on his way. Overall he charged us $450 to do a simple splice on a tiny pipe that took 10 minutes total. Very unprofessional and upsetting!! This is a company that only wants your money and will do anything to get it.

I used Milestone years ago for an electrical disconnect for my hot water heater. They gave me a free HVAC Maintenance and Clean, but I never thought about it again. Fast forward 4 years later and they called me and stated that they still had the note that I was owed this cleaning, so we went ahead and scheduled. Jordan (our technician) was prompt, courteous, professional and generally was a joy to interact with on all levels. The results of the cleaning (before and after) were shown and we didn’t have any concerns or system issues, but we will be using them again as our primary HVAC service contractor. They do more for less and that is truly a blessing. Great job!

DAZ Plumbing fixed the control valve on the water heater. DAZ plumbing had the hot water back on quickly and efficiently. Thank you, we will rely on you for all our household plumbing needs.

$400 for a 2x2x4 hole and they couldn't find the leak. Got a estimate of $2500 to run a new line. Found another guy that charged me $700 to finish the job with a 2x4x4 hole in the same spot and repaired the line which was 3 feet down. For simple plumbing in the house, they can do the job at $120/hr and a $65 trip charge. Will not be using them again.
