I am a first time customer and was literally blown away with the exceptional service I received from One Source Plumbing. Danny was my plumber. He was kind, courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He went right to the source of problem and was done within 30 minutes. The price for repairs was quite reasonable! I feel this company was referred to me by GOD himself. I have deleted every plumber from my list of contacts as I will never call another. I don’t usually leave reviews, BUT these guys deserve praise! Thank you Danny!

This review is long overdue. Chad is wonderful. He came up with a plan that avoided digging through our house and foundation. All work was done outside quickly and cleanly. Chad and his team were in constant communication with us and we knew what was going to happen next at all times, and were always happy to answer our questions. Work was done on time as estimated and on budget. Couldn't ask for better service.

Poor experience, called for an estimate appt on 5/12, they said they could see us that day. Called later to say they need to move to next day. No problem, its end of day and emergencies get preference.Woke me up at 7:30am on a Saturday 5/13 and said a tech would arrive between 9-930am. At 9:50am I called and a man said they don’t know what happened, but I’m on the schedule for 10-1pm. He assured me he would investigate the miscommunication from that morning and call me back. No call back. At 12:45pm this was cutting into our day so I called to cancel our appt. The woman assured us they would tell dispatch. At 1:30pm tech arrives as we are trying to leave for errands. Fine he’s here, let’s get an estimate.A secondary sales guy shows up to give us our quote, he sits us down and says that we will be given a 3-ton unit since that’s what we have, and he recommends. I ask if he did any testing to confirm what’s needed, since our current unit is over 20 years old and, you know, technology changes. Says no tests are needed, it might change the ducting, and “the general rule of thumb is 500sqft per ton”. He then asked how many sqft we have (2400), and then….didn’t change his recommendation.All in all we needed at least a 4 ton by his own rule of thumb, and upon checking our unit we CURRENTLY have a 4 ton. This team didn’t do any heat loading, didn’t even know what our square footage was, tried to sell us a lower unit and didn’t even know what tonnage we currently had. All with a much higher price than competitors. At this point the money wouldn’t be the issue, but I have no confidence in their recommendations.The technician however was respectful and efficient, and even avoided our rug with his shoes, that was nice.

I have been with them for a year now and I am so glad I switched from another well known company. The communication and service is always professional and great quality. My designated technician Emmett is top notch, very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough.

We sent in a few pics and had a quick chat and got an estimate the same day. 3 days later we are all done. Many hours less than what we imagined Sonny and the whole gang are great!

Over time they have handled many things for me. This time I had a gas leak Terry coordinated with excavation crew, city inspector. I dealt with Gas Company. Too many people so it took almost a week to get heat. Terry came back after 6 to light the pilot light so I could have heat.

Wesley was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem within 5 mins of arriving.He explained and presented all possible solutions very clear. He was able to install a surge protector, 6 new breakers, two new switches in less than 2 hours.He was very personable and considerate of my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone!Thank you Wesley!

This is the 2nd time that I have used Wilson/A Star and dealt with Adam on both occasions and he is the soul reason I decided to go with them. He is polite and professional and always makes me feel like he is trying to get the best deal for me and gets the work done faster than expected. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

Honestly I will not go anywhere else when it comes to ac parts cleaner and service. They sell quality new parts quality cleaners and quality air conditioners they also will test failed parts for you and recommend solutions on top of there amazing service they also can send great technicians to your home or office for maintenance routine or repair. Thanks for keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter you guys are the best.

Worst experience ever. The guy Steven who came to unclog the drain doesn't know what he's doing at all. He went onto the roof vent, tried 4 times and couldn't get anything cleaned up, and yet charged us $200 just to schedule a camera test. And guess what? On the scheduled test day nobody showed up. We called another plumber called hole in one, got everything cleaned up within an hour and paid $175.
