This company made major repairs in 2014 to my home in Mesquite, TX before I bought it. The Warranty was good for 2 years. Two months after moving in, we discovered that the toilet riser pipe in the master bath had separated from the sewer pipe; so no proper flushing. I had the paperwork from this company and called them. Chris came out and found the problem immediately, called me back the next day and told me that the owner was going to stand behind his work and that the repairs would be done for free in spite of the expired Warranty. Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

It was late Saturday evening, and I had a hose bib self destruct and shoot water all over. I contacted Pure Plumbing and Jacob came out when all other plumbers sent me to their messaging services. I am in LOVE with this company! Our shower and bathroom sink had both clogged at the same time hours before my daughters birthday party! UGH what a nightmare!!!! I was panicking thinking about having people over and our only bathroom being unusable! LUCKILY for me the plumber came out to save the day within 35 minuets of my initial call! After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
