Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

I was updated on appointment time by call and text, I received a picture of Cory Gooch (my AC technician) so I knew who to expect, and Cory himself called when he was on his way over.Once here, Cory was very thorough in examining the system both inside and out. He provided pictures of concerns and took time to explain to me what he was finding. I felt like he cared about my family’s safety and comfort knowing we were living in 90 degree temps without AC.Before leaving he provided an estimate that listed the concerns found and forwarded everything to us by email so we have the pictures too.
