Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Dallas TX

After living in our home for more that 35 years, the sewer had to be replaced. The bid was shocking, but the nature of the work was unbelievable. Our home is on rock and getting to the sewer line was extremely difficult for the men tasked with the job. Multiple times I had an emotional breakdown as the job progressed. However, Blake, and Dave were more than patient and reassuring that things would turn out well. We are close to completion and I can't say enough good things about these guys and Tribeca. They took our call and came out on a Sunday, began the work Tuesday, and will finish in the next couple of days. I highly recommend them and will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

They were on time, courteous, and reasonable. I would use the then again if needed.

Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

The original plumber I called quoted me at $2,850 for a repair job that Mai was able to do for $200. Mai showed up within hours of when I called and had the job done in about half an hour. Highly recommend!

I had the experience of plumbing issues that every homeowner deals with. Marcus and Armando came quickly and discovered the issues and was very detailed to what was happening and providing detailed recommendations. Atlas Plumbing came out to install a gas cutoff valve and piping for our fireplace, and a new fire log set. They were very thorough and very professional, and handled the permit and inspection by the city.

This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home. The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet. When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy.I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional.We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

This company used to be great. However, their service and professionalism have really declined. This last appointment was the final straw for us.We had a plumbing call scheduled for Monday morning, May 1. Mid-morning on May 1, we received a call telling us that the plumber was sick and had to reschedule to Wednesday, May 3. (Do they just have one?) OK, we completely understand. We rescheduled and were told the plumber would be at our house first thing in the morning on May 3.At 1:00pm on May 3, we still hadn't heard anything from anyone regarding the plumber's arrival. After reaching out to them to inquire about the ETA, we were told the plumber was held up at another job, and we would have to schedule for next week. Not only did they not tell us proactively about this, but the flippant attitude that our plumbing problem would have to wait until next week is unacceptable.We have opted to use another company and will not be using Paschal in the future. Such a shame as we used to love them.

We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.

Hands down the most honest company I have spoken with so far. You never need these companies until you are in a pinch and something has broken. Financially you are never prepared for these types of things and this company has renewed my belief that there are still good people out there that can help.

The good news. The bad news. The worst news.I'll start with ....Bad news: They have a very dishonest plumber named John working for them. Last year, we had this company come and do some work at our house. He spent all day at the house basically doing nothing and charged us $1000 and he wanted to come back the next day to do more work and charge us more money. The funny thing is, he never figured out what was wrong.(We ended up hiring a different company and they did a wonderful job!)The good news: They have excellent customer service representatives answering their calls and scheduling appointments. The two women I talked to were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.Prior to my encounter with John, I met another plumber named Dwayne, who was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. No fuss, no frills. Just get in and get out. I didn't think anything bad about the company. So why not make a follow up appointment right?Wrong....!!!The worst news: So after my experience with John, I tried to reach out to Flow Plumbing (several times) to try to talk to them about what happened. Nothing happened. No call back. Nothing. All I heard were the sounds of crickets!I'm actually glad this happened because if it didn't, we wouldn't have found the company that we hired and loved! I guess things happen for a reason.
