Everyone starting with the initial phone call and ending with the repair work and technicians was very professional, and great. As the work progressed, the wonderful technician explained what he (they) were doing and the purpose of the way the work was being done. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were very personable but professional and answered ALL my questions. Therefore, I totally understood and understand what they did and why it was done as they did the required work. They take complete pride in their work but most importantly in the outcome of their work for their clients. I would definitely use them again and without hesitation.

We had extensive testing and repairs on both the supply and drain lines in our home. Everyone, from the office, to owners, to their plumbers and helpers were friendly, efficient and thorough. Their pricing was also reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

We've had other plumbers come out and unclog our toilet only for it to work temporarily. John and Felix came out and for an unbelievable 1\5th of the price fix all of our clogging issues in 30 minutes. I was blown away. I can't recommend these guys enough and if I have any issues in the future I will only use this company.

Had used Flow plumbing in 2021 and was satisfied, so when I had another issue I called again. I am very disappointed this time. They came on 8/31 to help find a leak :charged me $295.00 and said it was an irrigation problem. On 9/7 the irrigation guy came and found leak in less than 1 hour, but it was a plumbing leak not the irrigation system. I called to ask them to return and was told no one was available until the next week the 15th. Not wanting to waste more water, I called another plumber to fix the issue that should have taken care of the first time. I cannot recommend or use this service again.

Flow Plumbing did multiple repairs and a water heater replacement in my elderly father’s home. They were courteous, efficient, clean, professional and affordable, and provided a very detailed estimate in advance. Highly recommended!

This is a great company! They were on time, professional and very careful. They had installed a hot water heater a year ago and did so well I called them back to install a toilet and fix a faucet. Sixto did a great job. If I have any other plumbing needs I will definitely call them.

We needed emergency plumbing service for a broken pipe at one our rental houses. Flow sent someone over immediately who took care of it right away. Reasonable price too. Top marks.

We had an obstruction in our plumbing lines but didn’t know where it was. Flow Plumbing had many tools and techniques for pin pointing the exact location. They were friendly, on time, respectful of our property and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend them!

Flow Plumbing is an outstanding company to deal with…easy to schedule and Sixto, their plumber is knowledgeable, efficient and experienced! I would recommend this company for anyone with plumbing needs without reservation!

My favorite part about Flow Plumbing was that their website says Water Heater Installation. Then when you call on August 5th 2022, they tell you that is not a service they offer. Interesting. Not a company I would want working on my house if they don't even know what service they offer. Yikes ??

Needed leak test and confirmation and quote of their solution for my situation. Guys were very professional and I paid for leak test and location of leak. Another company was used due to its unique solution capabilities for my particular scenario. Would definitely recommend Flow Plumbing!

The good news. The bad news. The worst news.I'll start with ....Bad news: They have a very dishonest plumber named John working for them. Last year, we had this company come and do some work at our house. He spent all day at the house basically doing nothing and charged us $1000 and he wanted to come back the next day to do more work and charge us more money. The funny thing is, he never figured out what was wrong.(We ended up hiring a different company and they did a wonderful job!)The good news: They have excellent customer service representatives answering their calls and scheduling appointments. The two women I talked to were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful.Prior to my encounter with John, I met another plumber named Dwayne, who was very professional and did his job in a timely manner. No fuss, no frills. Just get in and get out. I didn't think anything bad about the company. So why not make a follow up appointment right?Wrong....!!!The worst news: So after my experience with John, I tried to reach out to Flow Plumbing (several times) to try to talk to them about what happened. Nothing happened. No call back. Nothing. All I heard were the sounds of crickets!I'm actually glad this happened because if it didn't, we wouldn't have found the company that we hired and loved! I guess things happen for a reason.

Flow Plumbing is excellent with customer service and communication! Toni in the office is fantastic and super friendly! As a business owner- our facility had two slab leaks in a matter of a week... Flow made this a painless process and their bids came in tremendously lower than other plumbing companies!I recommend! 5 stars!

I noticed an area of my hard wood floors that had cupped. I was told by a hardwood floor specialist that it was imperative that I have a good plumber check to ensure I had no leaks in my house especially in the foundation. Since not all plumbers perform an extensive leak evaluation, I asked for a recommendation. I was referred to Flow Plumbing. I called them immediately and James had someone come to my home that very day! I was thrilled with their service. I greatly appreciated the fact that the technicians explained each and every step to me and that they were courteous and efficient. While I am happy that no leaks were detected, i also am happy and comforted to know that I have a trusted plumbing service to turn to in the future!

Ok, I need to differentiate between my experience w/ the office and my experience w/ the actual work performed. I had three toilets replaced along w/ the three angle valves supplying water to the toilets.The Work: Five Stars - The two plumbers did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and hauled off the old toilets.The Office: One Star - I originally contacted them through TGCL. I received an email saying they had scheduled me for 4/12/21 between 12 & 5. They scheduled me before even talking to me to find out exactly what I needed. Since I never heard from another plumber on TGCL I went ahead and took a half day of vacation so I could get the job done. I contacted the office to try and get an idea of how much the job would cost. The only response I could get on that is the plumber will go over it with you. And THAT'S where the problem started.When the plumbers arrived I went over with them exactly what I wanted and he produced a quote of $1,300.00!! To say the least this created a bit of sticker shock. The plumber went over the quote line by line with me and was actually able to pencil-whip the quote and got the cost down to $1,045.00. Since I had already taken off a half day of work and needed the work done I went with it.So again, the men doing the job were great! I couldn't have asked for a better job.If you do choose Flow Plumbing I suggest you insist that the office clearly explains their pricing structure before the plumber arrives.

Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment for this morning for a stoppage and when I called the office I was told that there was no record of this as well as being booked up for the week. If I could rate it lower that one star, I would. I don't think I could trust to do business if you cannot keep up with a service appointment.

Amazing plumbers!!! Neil and Matthew went WAY above and beyond fixing an old mess of pipes while saving my kitchen tile - two other plumbers said it couldn’t be done! But we heard that Flow Plumbing was the best and they were. Super friendly and helpful office staff too. Great experience from start to finish. Would give them 10 stars!

I am very disappointed with Flow Plumbing and will never use their services again. I called to see if they could unclog a clogged downspout (listed as a service they provide on their website). On the phone they told me they might not be able to do so as if the pipe is too thin they might break the pipe - but if they can't do the work they would only charge us the $59 visit fee. When they came to my home, they told my wife she had to initial a form for them to look at it, took a look with a camera for 5 minutes, decided they couldn't do the work, and said it would be $300. I don't know why they needed to use a camera to decide the pipe was too thin to do the work. Clearly they just took advantage of myself and my wife. When I complained to the management they were absolutely unapologetic and refused to help. There are plenty of plumbers out there - use someone else.

The personnel we encountered were courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner, as we were being charged by the hour to locate an under the slab leak. The repairs were scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. The office personnel Danielle was friendly and gave us a follow-up call for each event scheduled. We have used this service, in the past and would recommend it to anyone.

We have worked with flow plumbing on all of our plumbing needs over the past 3 years. They have always been prompt, thorough, and very flexible with my schedule. If we ever did have an issue with a job they did, they were always very fast at fixing the problem and ensuring that we were satisfied with the job. There staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and kind (they always wear booties over there shoes). I honestly do not have any major complaints with their performance, staff, calendar, or any other part of this company. Highly recommend and will continue to use flow plumbing for all of my plumbing jobs!

Did not even remember my scheduled appointment.They lost out on a nearly $4000 job.They say that they did not have a record of me calling so I went back to my recent calls on my phone and hit redial it called the exact Flow plumbing in Mesquite. The lady that answered said they had a replacement person in on the Monday that I called, that is after I proved it was them I called. Sorry but own up to your mistakes and try to do better people take off work and expect companies to be where they say they would be at the time indicated.

I had used Flow Plumbing (Metroplex Leak.....) for a major foundation water leak in Feb of 2011 and were very pleased with their work. The next time we needed a plumber was July 2012 and in our mind the only one to call was Flow Plumbing. It did take a couple of business days to be able to come out as they were booked but they were worth the wait. Their price was fair, were very professional, speedy, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend them the next time you need a plumber.

Highly Recommend. I found Flow Plumbing via the Good Contractors List and was very pleased. They gave me a time for the initial service call and stated they would try to make it earlier - they did! Early arrival and clear communication by technician Sixto and his helper. We had two projects and they gave an estimate for both. They were efficient and professional (even put on booties over their boots in the house). After work was completed they ensured I was satisfied with the job. Attention to detail was great - Sixto ensured their was no debris in the downline portions of the fixture. I am confident there are not many technicians who would go to the trouble of doing same. Will use Flow Plumbing in the future.

As the General Manager of a Marriott hotel, we outsourced some major work to be done with a foundation leak. After using several companies before and feeling like we were getting the run around, Flow Plumbing came in and was able to identify the problem, quote out the repairs, explain the repair process, and even helped brainstorm downtime contingency plans! Talk about service & genuine care.. being in the hospitality business this is something I know very well and it appears Flow Plumbing does too! Based off this experience the hotel also used them for several other smaller jobs that were met with the same enthusiasm and approach as the bigger jobs. If you are level headed and not cut rate shopping repairs (not that Flow was expensive by comparison) and believe in getting what you pay for then Flow Plumbing should be your only call!

I have used Flow Plumbing on four occasions. The first three were for slab leak detection and remediation. The most recent job was to replace three leaking outside faucets. In each case, the plumbers arrived on time, took great care not to mess up the house and did excellent work. No followup work was required on any job. I highly recommend them!

If there was a way to give them ten stars I would! Toni is the best customer service rep I have spoken with in years. The two techs who fixed my water pipe were knowledgeable, and saw issues I never could have. Roberto and his apprentice worked so hard I actually felt like they were being abused. I have not seen or experienced this level of talent, devotion & well... commitment by any other google - plumbing group for 75150 area. Thank you Flow!

Called flow plumbing with a stopped up toilet and they we able to send a plumber out the same day. The plumber and his helper were very nice, clean and professional. They took care of the job. Thank you Flow Plumbing

I would not recommend flow plumbing unfortunately they have a dishonest employee named Neal, would not trust this man in your home! Having electrical problems after he worked on gas lines inside my attic. He made up an elaborate story to his supervisor and dispatcher that I stated to him that I had electrical problems before, which is crazy cause his just a plumber why in the world would I tell him about an electrical problem that never existed until he did work in the attic! First stated he was never in the attic then was only inside the attic for 20 minutes which is a complete and total lie he was up there for an entire day! The dispatcher was clueless about why he was ever in the attic to begin with when the problem was a gas leak in the yard. Neal never put on the work order he was ever inside my attic. Seems like he knows he messed up my electrical and his trying very hard to cover up what he did! Got charged over 3k and we dug up the trench and my husband was kind enough to let this man borrow tools! The new gas line that is only 3 weeks old is already extremely rusty which the other gas line never looked anywhere near this bad was told it would last 30 years but by the way it looks im sure its not going to last that long!

They are great I have used them 3 different times have not had a issue with Flows Plumbing. The dispatchers were very helpfull. I will always tell people and friends about there service. Thank you so much .

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. The name is under wifes name Chay Williams, location is in Lancaster tx,. The last 4 digits on the job N.O. appear to be 9 or 7 313.

1st crew that came out very good about explaining everything and good work. Cared to get problem fixed. Second crew that came out next day also very good about explaining everything when trying to find out the problem witch came to be a city issue not the problem that they had fixed the first day. Witch was caused by the contractors that the city hired to replace everyone's supposedly new smart water meters.

Would highly recommend to other people because they delivered exactly what they promised. Their expertise helped immensely to find the leaks in the plumbing. They were there on time and the charges were very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.

First visit the workers did their stuff and were out in under an hour, with a very detailed quote of work that needed to be done for sure, and additional quotes for any issues that may arise in the process. Second visit they jack-hammered the floor, and due to sediment settling in the pipes from us turning the water on and off, the leak could not be located (this is at no fault of the workers). They came again this morning, and found and are correcting the leak. Work will be completed in the morning.

I was impressed with this company’s quick response to my call during the week of Texas’ worst winter storm ever. Better service than my insurance company. I appreciated the respectful attitude of the two plumbers. No price gauging here.

They say they open at 8am but at 8:10 still nothing but a recording! So I just received a call back from Flow at 9am one hour after they should've opened not happy at all with the customer service. WON'T BE CALLING THEM AGAIN.

Would give less than 1 star if it were an option. They charge $59 to drive to your house. They call this an evaluation fee but nothing is evaluated. They go to their truck and return with additional pricing. The additional pricing is the cost of having the actual evaluation performed and is $500. This company is totally shady and is not one I would recommend. I just spent $59 to have a 4 minute conversation and got no answers. When I called the corporate office, Amy was rude and no help. Find ANY other company to work with.Update 5.23.2023I think the disconnect may be in the definition of evaluation. I provided the plumber with as much detail as possible regarding the leak. It's in the primary bath shower, it has been happening for X amount of time, the water is visible here and here after we shower, etc. After providing the details I expected the plumber to visually inspect the shower and then make recommendations as to the tests available and how to move forward. The plumber did nothing, nothing. He didn't say much and had no recommendations. He asked ME which tests I would like run. How would I know?? Isn't that what the so called evaluation is for? I asked him to provide a professional recommendation regarding the testing. His response: Well, if you knew where the leak was, I could tell you more. If I knew where the leak was I would not hire a leak detection company. I stick to my original review ... the $59 is for them to drive to your house. Speechless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.
