We had a leak that started at the outside hose spigot, and appeared to extend along a stretch of wall. Tribeca had someone at our home in East Dallas within 20 minutes of our call. Jay was professional, pleasant, and most importantly, skilled. He fixed the issue, helped us with some hardware to prevent the issue from recurring, and even went the extra mile to examine and help us take winterizing measures on a second outside spigot.The service was fast to arrive, our plumber Jay was skilled and forward thinking, our problem is as speedily resolved in advance of a pending freeze, and the price was fair. I strongly recommend Tribeca Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing assistance!

I recommend Dallas Plumbing Company based on my recent experience. I worked with Mark S. and John C. They did an excellent job on a complicated project involving the replacement of a sewer line under our pool house. I appreciated their thorough explanations to my many questions and concerns. They gave us options and made recommendations, rather than pushing one solution to solve this issue. I also found the office staff to be very responsive in coordinating everyone's schedules.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.
