He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

I would recommend these guys again. They showed up on time, and got things done quickly. It was in my opinion a pretty big job. Cracked pipes underneath the house, and a nasty all around situation. Moises was very professional and all of the team worked hard. I’m sorry I didn’t get all of their names, but they never stopped until the job was done. Got here before 8:00 a.m. and other than general cleanup they had us up and functioning completely by 4:00. Thanks to all the guys and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Happy we found you!

They aren’t able to get to my place for a couple of days but in the meantime, the gentleman offered to walk me through steps to mitigate my leak until they can get here. I recommend Dallas Plumbing Company based on my recent experience. I worked with Mark S. and John C. They did an excellent job on a complicated project involving the replacement of a sewer line under our pool house. I appreciated their thorough explanations to my many questions and concerns. They gave us options and made recommendations, rather than pushing one solution to solve this issue. I also found the office staff to be very responsive in coordinating everyone's schedules.

Paschal Adames came out with Mr. Rooter Plumbing because we were having a problem with our water heater. He was professional, courteous and explained our options to us fully in regards to our needed repair. In the process he also helped us know ways to care for the water heater to improve the longevity of our tank by completing annual cleaning and checking over the water heater. I would highly recommend the service and in particular Pascual.

Excellent work

We hired RC Pros to reroute the plumbing to our washing machine. They came and dug a ditch in our backyard, which was left for days while we waited for the plumbing to be taken care of. We have had many issues with the work - including a pipe detaching from a wall, a pipe bursting that we were told was completely disconnected to all water, and our backyard being completely uneven and impossible for my kids to play without tripping after the job was completed. Stay away from these guys!

I used Jar-Dab over the years (at least 4 occurrences) since owning my first home. Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I can tell he's passionate about the job, my concerns, the quality of the work and the reputation of the company he represents. He may be employee of Jar-Dab but he executes like an owner.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.
