Best Tankless Water Heater in Dallas TX

Tribeca Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron pipes below my foundation with new PVC pipes, and Blake was so great to work with. This is a job that no one wants to have to have done, but Blake made it as bearable as possible. He was extremely communicative, respectful, and made sure the job got done as fast as possible, the right way. He and everyone else were also genuinely nice and honest, which I especially appreciate after all of the house projects I’ve had done. I did not have the same impression of some of their competitors that I got bids from, which is why I chose Tribeca.

I just wanted to share my experience with Reeves Family Plumbing! In the midst of 2021 Texas Snowmageddon, we unfortunately had a gas leak and our gas had to be shut off for safety. I frantically called over 2 dozen plumbing companies to help with our gas leak, but none were available. Understandably, all were booked from all the busted pipes in DFW.Reeves Family responded within 24 hours and was able to send a plumber the following day to assess the leak. Within 48 hours they had an excavation team and plumber at my house to start doing the work. Lori, the company’s point of contact was so responsive and was able to explain to me step by step on what needs to be completed. Trust me all, a gas leak is no joke! It was a process to say the least, with the city inspector, plumber, and gas company involved. Lori ensured me every step of the way. After the work was completed the plumber walked and inspected thoroughly that everything was working properly. I am happy to report that I now have hot water, heat (when temp drops), and a functional stove!P.S. I am not a spokesperson, an advertiser, promoter, or getting compensated for this. I am a nurse that just needed a hot shower in between my shifts. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful by the professionalism of this small business. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with integrity. I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

My technician Chase Bennight was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain things in layman terms and followed up as he indicated. He showed me pictures of my pipes to confirm the damage he found and provided detailed estimates / options of the repairs. All around great service from Pure Plumbing.

Pascual did an awesome job and he was fast. He was able to explain everything to me on what he was going to do and what my problem was with my bathroom. I would recommend him specifically to come out and work on my bathroom. Thank you!

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

Replacing a few defective breakers. Did a great job. We will probably need Bakers Brothers again. Our house was a new build 4 years ago and new builds are required to install “energy efficient” breakers that only actually end up lasting a couple years. We had to replace 3 of those with ones that work, which was pretty spendy, and we have many more of those supposedly energy efficient breakers. The old breakers sure are proving to be super energy efficient, not.
