Best Tankless Water in Dallas TX

JUST FABULOUS. I had a busted tankless water heater due to the terrible cold weather that blasted Texas these past two weeks. I called maybe 30 different companies who said they couldn't come out for non-emergencies etc... well Tribeca made me a priority and came out same day to take a look - turns out I had a huge leak from system leaking onto the ceiling from the attic and thank Goodness Richard from Tribeca showed up. They were able to replace the system a few days later. Highly recommend!

I discovered on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM that our yard was flooded, and water was pouring out from the shut off box. The plumbers arrived very quickly and worked on the problem, which turned out to be serious, for 7.5 hours. They had to dig at least 3 feet to find the leak but never gave up. They kept us apprised of their progress and were so calm and friendly, even when they were literally working in a ditch, covered in mud, and neighbors were continually quizzing them on their progress. They fixed our leak, and the price was not bad. I thought it was going to break us, being on a Sunday, but they gave us a break instead due to the length of time the problem took to find and repair. This is the second time we've used Reeves Plumbing, and these guys are the best!!!

Its absolute wait of time. I have scheduled an appointment and no one turned up within the given 2 hour slot and when inquiring I was informed that my appointment is moved. I had to waste 2 hours of my time waiting for some technician to attend my request. I had to cancel their appointment. No professionalism!

One of Mr. Rooter’s plumber came on Thursday 21st of May 2020, for a clogged line between our washer and sink in our kitchen. On Tuesday 26th of May 2020, I realized our laminate floors were flooded. Water coming out of the wall and the floor.We called Mr. Rooter back and they came the next morning. Their plumber (the same one) gave us an estimate of $750 to open the wall, fix the leak, change the pipe. He declined responsibility, and said his manager agreed and there was nothing they could do about it. Since then, we have filed a complaint to their service, we have been calling everyday and we have yet to have spoken to a manager or an owner. This is despicable!!!Even if you do not want to take responsibility, you could call us back, talk to us and we could find an arrangement. Our floors are damaged, our living-room/kitchen area smells like mold and we have babies around!!!We had to file a claim with our insurance and we are paying out of pocket. So 0 stars for your awful and poor customer service skills.You guys are thieves and we won’t stop here!

After getting a $16,000+ estimate of work and repairs from another plumber, I called Atlas to get a second opinion. Ben spent a significant amount of time walking through the video diagnosis performed by the first plumber and talked me through my best and worst case scenarios (all of which were much less than $16,000). His crew arrived at my house a couple hours later and began to perform repairs. After about an hour of work, the technicians had completely resolved the issue and my total bill was under $400. Needless to say, my wife and I were ecstatic with the service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire Atlas team.

Mario was my service provider and he was on time, professional, nice and I would recommend me to friends and family.

The tech was punctual and did a good job and was in an out pretty quick. All the problem was that the thermostat needed a new battery and he could have charged his $85 service call just for replacing a battery but he did other things for the heater maintaining it which I thought was pretty cool.
