Plumber was contracted to perform all of the repair work that was found during the inspection of our house prior to purchase. Before closing, they came out and ran a camera through all of our plumbing to make sure that what was underneath the house was move in ready.They were scheduled at 10am, they showed 15 minutes before 10am and was ready to go. Older house was purchased and the line at the meter was broken. They contacted the City of Dallas to initiate repairs. Once that issue was out of the way Jerrod and his team completed all of the tasks that were needed. During the repairs they did identify one other unknown issue. It was repaired at a reasonable price above what our initial quote was. The repair was justified and not a “oh we found a problem, let me charge you through the nose.”A few days later I asked them to come out to check something else out that was found after the fact. This round they sent their master plumber after hours to make sure that we were taken care of.Tribeca is a small local company and still by far more reasonable than most commercial companies. Plus you get the local service that used to be common place. Our house was built in the 50’s and we still have cast iron under ground. They could have sold us a re-pipe at $40,000 and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. They allowed and wanted me to stay behind the camera so I could see the condition. They explained the process as they were going through the exam. Said the cast iron looks good, and we should be good to go and then educated me on how to make sure our cast iron stays fit.Chances are, I will always call on them first to take care of our plumbing needs. Actually, it will happen sooner than I think, we need a new ice maker line, because it was located UNDER The house.

Over time, I've come to encounter a few DIY-weekend warrior attempts in the plumbing department where I wouldn't say there was a win. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure. He's very responsive to my communications, timely, and forthcoming about changes and circumstances within and outside his control. I don't feel like I'm working with a contractor but a colleague and acquaintance I can trust. I had used Flow Plumbing (Metroplex Leak.....) for a major foundation water leak in Feb of 2011 and were very pleased with their work. The next time we needed a plumber was July 2012 and in our mind the only one to call was Flow Plumbing. It did take a couple of business days to be able to come out as they were booked but they were worth the wait. Their price was fair, were very professional, speedy, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend them the next time you need a plumber.
