Ripoff and unprofessional, unorganized. Tried to show up at the wrong time even though they confirmed the new time window. Charged OVER 2X the price just to cut and cap and pipe and add dishwasher line. When asked for itemized and why so much they had no response or give. I gave specific instructions on my condo having a 2 hour window for the water shutoff to get the work done. After they arrived they left for lunch, causing the job to take 30 minutes longer and push the water shutoff 30 minutes after the limit. DO NOT USE! Rude

James fixed my issue (drain line backing up) , but what I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain the issue and how we can resolve it in the future. He was so great he actually noticed a problem we were having that we didn't think could be fixed and told us a simple solution for it! So this holiday season my home decided it wanted some gifts also. Milestone sent out some amazing guys to help us with a gas leak, electrical outlets not working and a hot water problem. The crew was great. They even came back to hel us with the smallest issues for the following two days just to make sure we had everything we needed.

I needed a plumber and of course I am very nervous when it comes to trusting people in general to do right by me because unfortunately people in this industry have a reputation of taking advantage of women. However, Dee Ann with LeFevers, made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered ALL my questions and did not rush me. I felt so at ease about trusting LeFevers that I ultimately decided to use them instead of other recommended plumbers that people I knew recommended to me. The plumbers (James & Lee) arrived on time and was able to unclog our pipes and fix the toilet in less than 2 hours for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone and also they will be my go to plumbers if I should need any additional services.
