I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair or furnace maintenance. They truly exceeded my expectations.diagnosed the issue with my unit. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and I was charged a very reasonable fee for the job. In addition, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that the technician demonstrated throughout the repair process.

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoff's under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoff's due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

Called to ask about installing a gas log fireplace insert. Was quoted $99 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each additional 30 minutes. No estimate of the amount of time it would take. This is just the labor fee. Sounds like gouging to me. Will not be using them.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!Betty

Had a great experience today. Called last night, and first thing this morning had my issue fixed. Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of minutes. Very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend.

Junior came to our house to diagnose a leak.
He was very professional and knowledgeable.
He found the problem and got us going till we do a permanent repair. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use this Company and Junior again.

Kenneth was awesome and was able to diagnose and fix our electrical issue quickly and professionally! He was the second electrician that came out and was able to locate and fix the problem when the first electrician was not. Highly recommend Kenneth!

Had a gas leak on a Sunday. Joe came out the same day to inspect and give me a price. He was out the next morning to repair and took care of scheduling the inspection with the city until it was passed and the gas was back on. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain the issue and help to get everything done as efficiently and least costly as possible. I would highly recommend!

Alex Acosta and his coworker Alex were wonderful! They found a resolution to the problem within a few minutes and handled every step of the repair with professionalism and honesty. These guys will be my go to for any plumbing issues that may arise in the future.
