Very professional team. We encountered bigger problems than we expected, and the Accurate Leak & Line team was responsive, always willing to talk us through the updates. They were also very fair when it came to change orders, and were empathetic to our situation. We're very happy with the end result and I'd highly recommend their team.

Working with this company has been extremely difficult. You get a window of 4 hours for a tech, he comes out, needs something, schedules another day for a different 4 hour window. Then he says he has to get an approval and will call back. I hear nothing for 3 days so i call in and they try to get me to pay a bill i already paid and i had to provide a check number to prove it. After that they schedule me for an AM appointment, again a 4 hour window (mind you I have had no AC for over a week now). I take off work and wait. Call in and am informed that they moved me to a PM appointment and are sorry they cannot do anything. I ahve to work so have to reschedule again for another mid day window of 4 hours. I would look to another company that can keep time commitments and fix your equipment in a timely manner so you are not out of AC for over a week, including a holiday weekend, and you get a proper window where people actually show up. I cannot comment on the actual work yet as it is not even complete and my AC is still down.

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

MosesToday Mr. Moses for Rooter came to the house and found a spoon in my toilet. This gentleman was professional, kind, very helpful. No need to worrier about having this team in your home during the pandemic. he arrived with a mask and never took it off. If I could give a rate of 1 out of 5 Moses would get a 6. Thank you Moses.

Technicians arrived on time, were very efficient with diagnosing the leak and repairing it. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use the company again!

I called up about a drip/leak and explained what I had tried. Instead of charging me ~$130, they told me where I could get good OEM parts because the knockoff aren't good. $16 dollars later, no drip. So while I didn't use these guys, because of their honesty and helpfulness I will use them when I have a serious issue

RC Pros is great. They quickly sent Dan who came and explained the situation to us after inspecting the clogged sewage and neighboring pipes. They referred us to the appropriate restoration crew and gave us advice for dealing with landlords. I definitely recommend them.

Ali was AMAZING. We were experiencing sewage smells from the master bathroom. Called Baker Bros and Ali single-handedly performed smoke tests in every bathroom, reset/resealed the toilets, and installed a clean-out in the backyard. Turns out our house didn’t have a water shut-off valve so he installed that, too. Extremely professional, kind, and informative. He worked all day Monday and Tuesday and even performed clean up work Wednesday. Whoever monitors these reviews at Baker Bros needs to pass this along so Ali can get the bonus/raise he deserves.

Highly recommend Peerless Plumbing Company and will call them if I need any plumbing help in the future.
