Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

Dallas plumbing recently installed a new ClimateMaster geothermal heat pump. The entire process was outstanding. From quoting to installation to final inspection. They did an excellent job, everyone on the crew was very professional and their work was great. It really could not have gone better. My issue was that I had a leaky faucet outside. They came out and determined. It was just a screw that needs to be tightened. Saving me hundreds in replacement. We could have charged to replace it but save me in the long run. I will definitely be using their services again.

Atlas plumbing is run by skillful plumbers. But so are many companies. The big difference is that the people who work for Atlas are honest, nice people. I think they are interested in the long term investment of loyal customers who know they can trust the company. Their quality work and fine work ethic makes them the only plumbers we use.

Overall, lost trust. I had a large project that involved rerouting the sewer line plumbing in two areas of the house. One of the plumbers cut a hole through the outside brick to install a pipe. In doing so, he cut out part of my rim joist (left it lying in the bushes) and cut right through the corner studs where two load-bearing walls come together. The dangling studs were hanging above the pipe. There was already considerable damage in the wall due to leaking plumbing. When I confronted the company about it, they sent out a plumber to discuss correcting the situation.The representative said I didn't have weight on either load bearing wall in that corner. He didn't see an issue. That wasn't true. One wall was holding up my roof gable. After time, there would be sagging and those dangling studs would probably break the pipe directly under them.That's when I lost faith in the company. Herndon McFarland Plumbing was very courteous and professional until I had this issue. Since it was my word against the representative, I ended up paying another plumber to install the correct 45 angle pipe outside instead of their 90 degree angle pipe and then reroute the plumbing inside the house. This allowed us to frame the corner and replace the rim joist.

Luke came by today to perform semi-annual maintenance on the system he and his team installed for us last September. Luke is always courteous and professional.
