Jay and Tribeca are simply Rock Stars in the plumbing world. We recently purchased a home in Preston Hollow that had a substantial amount of deferred maintenance--clogged drain, leaking faucets and pipes, old hot water heater, toilets not flushing properly, you get the picture. We researched on Google and narrowed it down to two companies. We interviewed Tribeca first and immediately knew it was a great fit for us. And we are very picky! Jay showed up at our home at 6:30 AM the following Monday (we are early risers) and spent 8 hours making all of the repairs and doing a top to bottom inspection of our house (large house with lots of repairs). Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

Our service man Thomas was very nice and professional. He made sure we were satisfied with his work. We have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies and Thomas was very thorough and helpful.

I called and got the last appointment after finding out I was returning from a business trip to a leaking ceiling. Brian came out the next morning within the time frame quoted and got to work detecting the cause of the leak. He has great communication skills and walked me through what was happening. Texas winter fiasco of 2021 and we had Joe with Plumbing 101 of DFW, rescue our renters from a water pipe that flooded the house. He scheduled us and fixed up the leak after-hours so the family could have running water. We are very grateful for his time and his professionalism. Other plumbers told us it would be a week or more before they could come out. Plumbing 101 of DFW provided us with up front service call, estimate and completed the job all within one day!
