Could not be happier with Michael Hull our technician or Milestone! Showed up on time. Explained everything in detail, and was extremely respectful. He even took into consideration that I have a toddler who was napping. He made sure to speak quietly, didn’t slam doors, and was just all around very kind! Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Jarius Smith and his assistant (wish I could remember his name!) were awesome. They were friendly and they came up with a better solution to my plumbing issue than I had previously identified. 100% recommend!

They arrived within the hour, troubleshot the system and isolated the fault, had the fix done within 30 minutes and I couldn’t be more pleased. Totally recommend the business. Thanks Corey and David!
