THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND CON ARTISTS!!!They charge $99 up front to send someone to quote changing a water heater. Most people in the industry don't do that. They refused to take a look at it with a video chat.My water heater is in the garage, free standing and up to code. It is a simple replacement. I was told that the installation starts at $800, which includes the water heater. I figured, even if they add a pan and a little plumbing and it costs a couple hundred dollars more for that, it will only be $1200-$1300 max. So, I decided to overlook the $99 quote fee. They quoted $2200 for a simple installation with easy access from the garage and they lied to me up front.WHAT A CON ARTIST!!!

I had a emergency repair on my gas pipe. Called at 11pm and then next morning they came out and fix my issue in less than 30 minutes for half the money I would have spent trying to figure out what was wrong. Very responsible men!! Thank you
