This company is so amazing and honest. I have a beyond super old unit (literally from 1984) and it wasn’t working. They came out within 12 hrs of me calling and could have told me anything (I obviously know nothing about HVAC units). Could have said we need to replace the entire thing and I would know no different, but instead where honest about the repair needed. Fixed it right then! Would highly recommend.

Okay, so just forked out $1,611 to replace the guest and master shower valve stems. I already had the shower handles for each. The repairman offered me a 'membership', but I declined. It appears the cost for NON-MEMBERSHIP is extremely high, and the cost for MEMBERSHIP is less, but still way over what typically would be charged for the same types of service. Example: I wanted to see how much to repair the leaks around both toilets, and was quoted a price over 500.00, for both. I did not have Metro-Flow repair them, but rather called another local plumber Mark Ondras and the plumber came out and just left. He repaired both toilets and the total cost was 155.00. Talk about a rip off from Metro-Flow is saying something mildly. I've seen other comments on here about the service provided, but I guess they don't really care about wasting money for the same type of service provided by other plumbers in this area. I'm now having buyer's remorse for paying the 1,611, but a very good lesson learned going forward.

Blake came over at the last min (after another company canceled on us) and was able to quickly assess the problem, and came up with a solution so we could turn the water back on while things dried out. Super friendly and professional and really knew what he was doing. But it did not stop there… we asked for an estimate to repipe our shower because the water pressure was terrible (and since he was here why not). That’s what 2 other plumbers suggested would have to happen. He said you don’t need to do that, took a look at it and fixed it in less than 10 mins. He obviously knows how plumbing works, did a great job and was very nice and did not charge us a ton of $! We will now use this company for plumbing and will recommend it to everyone! Could not be more satisfied!

If I could give 10 stars I would. after a quote from another well known plumbing company of over 10 thousand dollars I found these guys,Josh ran camera and hey there was no problem ,if your looking for excellent honest customer service and a company who knows their stuff look no further.

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

We had a flooding emergency and Jason came out at 10pm on a Saturday to fix the issue. He was very friendly and explained the issue. Fixed the problem and gave is advice on what to do if it happens again.

This is a truly great company. They send out true professionals who want to work hard! I had a leak that at first I tried to have American Home Shield fix, guess what the people they sent out either did not want to attempt to fix my issues or they wanted me to pay $7,200 for tunneling under my house. This is my second time using LeFevers' Plumbing and I can say with all honestly I was very happy spending $1,400 for them to fix my slab leak. They worked extremely hard, and worked until the job was complete. they were under my house for an entire day and when they were done they thanked me for my business. If you want old school knowledge that's not afraid to fix the tough issues give them a call! I even had the same plumber come out that fixed my slab leak at my old house 10+ years ago. Don't fall for the people on TV, this is a real company that fixes tough issues for a fair price!

Christopher from Baker Brothers came in on a Saturday evening to fix the mistake from another thermostat company. Only took him 10 minutes to resolve the issue! What I like most is that Christopher did not try any hard sell tactics to upgrade our system. He approched our problem with integrity & professionalism. We only had to pay the trip charge! We now trust Baker Brothers & will use them exclusively.

I had used Flow Plumbing (Metroplex Leak.....) for a major foundation water leak in Feb of 2011 and were very pleased with their work. The next time we needed a plumber was July 2012 and in our mind the only one to call was Flow Plumbing. It did take a couple of business days to be able to come out as they were booked but they were worth the wait. Their price was fair, were very professional, speedy, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend them the next time you need a plumber.

The guy told us that we have to replace the entire furnace because the control board is shorted and quoted $4100 for that, telling us that we won’t be able to find parts for 18yo furnace. After a small research, we replaced the control board and a transformer, and everything works! Very unprofessional to recommend to buy and install the entire unit instead of checking if the parts are available. He still collected $99 for a call.
