Warning: Extremely high prices.I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

These plumbers are very skilled and very knowledgeable. They are very detail oriented and will spend time really take care of the problem, not just do the surface work. They are keen on good quality and I love them for that.

They totally overcharged me by around $300. Will never use this company again and will alert everyone we know.

This review is very overdue. I love Johnson Plumbing. They are not the least expensive, but the service and results indicate that they are a very good value.During the big freeze of February 2020, I had 3 burst pipes. My husband, who had terminal cancer, was wheelchair bound and we had snow between us and the car. I couldn't turn off the water and be housebound with a cancer patient.Johnson Plumbing came over within a few hours and fixed my pipes. Yes, it was costly. Still a good value, because they came, the work was done and was excellent.This year, I found a lake under my house. Johnson came out quickly. My husband was, by then, on hospice and could not be moved. It took the young plumber several days to work up an action plan, which was inconvenient, but when he got there, they found an ENORMOUS leak under my deck, fixed it, and put the yard back. It wasn't put back very well, contrary to the assurance that I wouldn't be able to tell it was ever dug up. The cost was not cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work involved.Except for a stumble getting started on this year's job at my house, the plumbers have been very professional and responsive. The work has been exemplary. I have recommended Johnson to the whole neighborhood.

I've used pure plumbing twice now. The first time Jordan was extremely responsive and took care of my slab leak promptly. Today, Daron and Marcos were great techs who came out and worked with me on fixing a variety of issues. I highly recommend pure plumbing for the quality of their work and their professionalism.

Pascual did a great job leveling my toilet, replacing the wax ring, and installing all new inner parts in my tank. Very nice man and explained everything throughly before doing the job.

After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

His truck caught and broke Christmas lights in my tree. He notified me, reported it to customer relations and assured me they'd make it right. He was upfront, courteous and professional. He provided me his name and contact information. I received a call from customer relations within an hour. That same afternoon, he was at my house with new lights in hand. He replaced the lights in the tree and was very patiently waiting when we had an unexpected emergency situation. I could not have been more please! I have never used Milestone in the past but most certainly will in the future!
