I have used Cody and Sons for preventive as well as maintenance plumbing and HVAC services for three years and have only had positive professional experiences with them. They are dependable, courteous, clearly focused on the task at hand and explain all work to be completed and cost involved prior to doing it. And in an emergency(broken pipe), they respond as quickly as possible to address the crisis. I highly recommend their work.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time. We would definitely use them again for future work.

New homeowners here! Our water heater went out late at night, and we were not sure what the issue was. We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. I was quoted Over $1500 for replacing seals on 2 outdoor facets.ALSO if anything went wrong and they had to remove brick over $3000. NOT INCLUDING FIXING THE BRICK BACKI called because i wanted a professional. There is a difference in rip off prices like these and what the job is worth.I would only use this company in a last resort situation.such a shame.Oh well off to HomeDepo for some new tools for me.

Seemed to do a good job resealing a toilet, but did not take the time to test whether outside faucet still had a leak after work done on it. Will use someone different in the future as much overpriced for the value received.
