Hooper Plumbing and Air conditioning is an great example Of a place you’d never want to work. The way people view it from the outside of the company (customers) it may be a great company that takes care of you. Which it is the men that work there are professionals and handle things in a professional manner but they are under paid and definitely unappreciated. The company cuts their employees hours and also pays their highest paid tech a lot less than you would think. They do not pay their employees for driving in between jobs and their employees do not get commission off of anything they sell you. Most of the employees do not go home with more than $1000 paychecks a week which is very ridiculous for the work that they perform and the stress that comes from the office throughout the week. After working there for 6 years I decided it was time for a change and nothing I just wrote above was a lie. I have proof (in pictures) of my hours being cut after I turned my invoices in the following day. I also have every single check stub I earned over the course of 6 years and my hours Hardly ever matched up with how many I actually worked. One week I got paid $418.18 and I am a licensed plumber who had worked over 40hours that week, I went to the bosses and told them about what was happening and it was “corrected”…. Until two weeks later when My check was wrong again. And that’s when I realized they are steadily taking money from their employees and acting like the victim when they are confronted about it. So before you use this company please think about the men that work there and what they go though on a daily basis dealing with thieving bosses and more stress than you can imagine. I dealt with it for 6 years.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. New homeowners here! Our water heater went out late at night, and we were not sure what the issue was. We were connected to a technician who walked us through a few troubleshooting steps that ended up resolving the issue. It was an easy fix, and I appreciate that the technician helped us fix it ourselves instead of coming out and charging us!! We will definitely be using Dallas Plumbing Company for any future work ?

He asked me to explain the problem he listened very carefully went outside to diagnose the problem gave me a price that was very reasonable fix the problem which was backed up pipes. I just want to say thank you for your service.

Their Plumber came to my house and quoted me close to 3K to fix a busted water pipe in my front yard. I told him that I would get another quote from a different company to which he tried to give me a number to a cheaper source. Just a little unethical. So basically I got the privilege of paying a 75 dollar trip charge to get ripped off. I got the work done from another company for $650.00. I tried multiple times to call them and register my complaint. They kept blowing me off so here I am with my complaint.

Had some minor issues with one of our toilets in the house and one of our sinks. They came out same day to fix and even took time to explain to us what was wrong and gave us an idea as to how these problems could be fixed in the future if we wanted to do it. They were very professional and courteous and took time to really help us understand what the main drivers behind the issues were, which was way beyond what the expectation was. Thank you Atlas!

Everyone was so professional and nice since the first time I called! From the people I spoke with over the phone, to Jose the technician that came to my house. Jose was really helpful with my questions and professional. I also like the fact that they send you ahead of time a picture of the technician that is going to your house by text, and call you like they said they would. Great customer service! On time, efficient repair

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Airforce One. They have been serving my HVAC for over 10 years. This August I had to have AC replaced as it was a very old unit. They replaced it 2 days after it died and the process was simple and seamless. They left no trace of their presence in my house except for the new equipment. The payment process was simple and understandable and every employee was kind and respectful as well as professional. I highly recommend Airforce One for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

Paul did a very good job. He explained to me on how to keep up maintenance on the air filter and how to rinse out the unit on the outside. He was very professional and answered any questions I had.
