Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath. I paid $700+, but was happy my drains worked again. A month and a half later the drains backed up again. I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked. Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it’s “hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly.”I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call. I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls. I have also shared with the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

This is a multigeneration family owned business and while I read the negative reviews from a few years ago, every time I have called them they have come quickly and fixed the AC or plumbing problem quickly. I began using them to fix what another ac guy did when he taped insulation around one of my pipes. Well it wasn't to the standards of the Dallas guy and he redid it free of charge.

Jonathan had a very fast response, very polite, explained what he did well, added information for future upgrades. It was a really good experience.

Pascual got here quick and was helpful in explaining the issue and getting it fixed.

Unfortunately we had a slab leak under our house, but Atlas did a great job locating and fixing the problem. They were able to fit us in quickly and did a thorough job explaining what was needed. Definitely recommend them.

In conjunction with a buyer's home inspection, we had Barbosa to perform an additional level of inspection of the A/C units. As always, they were very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and arrived on time as expected.

Our hot water heater went out and we had several plumbers come out to take a look and provide our best options. Not one of the plumbers listened to our financial situation or showed any genuine empathy. We were really about to call it quits with our service membership with Milestone altogether as we had been without hot water for a week. We decided to make one last attempt in finding a plumber we could trust within the company and boy am I glad we did. We were blessed with Joshua Mendez. He showed up on time, listened to frustrations, and told me his plan to get us right. The first question he asked me was “do you have kids” ??. Which we do. You could immediately feel his sense of urgency increase to match ours. I instantly felt more comfortable.After several plumbers telling us they could not get the pilot to light, he got it lit. He explained this was a short term fix, understanding our financial situation. He jumped on the phone with his manager, Victor Balbaneda, and the common thing I could hear from them was “how can we help them out”. Whatever they discussed allowed for an affordable option to have it repaired instead of the “bandaid”. Joshua cleared his schedule so he could go get the parts and repair the water heater same day. We now have hot water and a 5yr warranty on the replacement parts. Peace of mind is huge. We were also able to connect on a personal level outside of the service he was there to perform which allowed us to SEE who he is as a person. Great guy all the way around. I am so appreciative of these two gentlemen and my faith in Milestone has been renewed 100%.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
