I had a plumbing problem in our high-rise condo (which requires a greater deal of knowledge than a stand-alone residence). The problem had been complicated by a previous unsuccessful attempt to remedy it by someone else. Tribeca came the same day I called, and fixed the problem immediately, and an extremely fair price. GOOD JOB!Tribeca was called in for a significant problem at our business. Thank God for them. Speedy, thorough, and great price!!!!

I'm actually scheduled with them for Monday to install some new gas lamps and to change our full house water filters. This morning, the kitchen sink started leaking so I called them for emergency service today. I was told that they couldn't help me. Even though they say they can schedule emergency repairs, the receptionist told me she had no availability today, which is Friday.

Service tech, Nate, was professional, presented well, identified my issue almost instantly. Fixed it by pouring water into a drain pipe. In & out of my home within 20-25 minutes. Nate gets 5 Stars.Cost seemed unreasonably high for the amount of time & simplicity of the fix. $179. Tech is terrific, but I mistakenly believed price would be reasonable. Heads-up to others: Costs must be confmd—either by project or by the hour, prior to tech’s dispatch to do the job.

Slate Plumbing saved the day! They arrived quickly, fixed the issue thoroughly and also advised us on issues that we need to keep an eye on with maintenance advice. They were beyond helpful and the price was right!

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was very impressed with my experience with Pure Plumbing. Chase B. and Jordan B. were able to come out to my home quickly and were very efficient and professional in identifying and fixing my leak. Chase went above and beyond in contacting a restoration service for me, and waiting for them to arrive and working with them to let them know what the issues were. I would definitely recommend their service!

These guys are awesome. Their response time was great and Justin took care of 2 problems that we had. He fixed both our sink issues and educated us on how to prevent it from happening again. Anyone that is in need for a plumber that actually cares and will do an amazing job could give them a call.

We had Jeff and Chan work on our issue. We had 2 our plumbers come outand A1 had the the most honest and resonable pricing around. They came and traced our drain line to see what was clogging our drain line. We have cast iron pipes becuase this is a older house. He gave us 2 quotes to replace the whole thing and to replace some of it becuase we were on a budject and it will still work for us. We ended up going with replacing some of it. They had to jack hammer through our bathroom floor replaced the pipe created a better drain slope. and put concrete back . They cut our tile so great that it wont be hard to put back. They left the work area cleaner than it was before they got here. Very stand up company they have pride in thier work and I highly recommend A1 plumbing. We will be using them in the future as we upgrade our house slowly and referring to all friend and family.

They installed a new complete system 3 years ago, but I discovered when it broke down, that they did not replace my 23 year old disconnect switches. One broke down at 3 years after the new system installation (now 27 years old). They wanted $450 to fix a single switch when the part is only $20-$50. The effort consists of 2 screws to disconnect from the outside wall after removal of of 6 screw terminals.I understand the need to charge for labor but $400 for a 20 job is just a means of taking advantage of a customer.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.
