Best Maintenance And Repair in Dallas TX

This is an unusual review because they have not started the project yet. However, my experience so far has been great. After getting several bids, it was not only their quote that won us over but the initial encounter with setting up appointment, the detailed information regarding our current plumbing layout and the replacement plan. They were not the lowest bid but they were the only ones who crawled under a pier and beam house. Also, they were not looking for payment until the job is done. This is rare today. When you call you feel like you are speaking to friends. I'll post again when the job is done .Follow up post:Cameron, Jonathan and his team did a great job. They were professional and respectful. We were always kept informed of their arrival and of any delays due to inspections or the job size. They worked tirelessly until the job was done. I will be using them for any plumbing needs and asking for Cameron and/or Jonathan.

They charged $200 for less than 1hour of work without replacing equipment. That’s on top of the $125 service call charge so it was $325 for something I could’ve probably done myself but as this was a rental property and I was out of town, I had to have someone tend to it fast. I do not recommend Tribeca and will not be using them in the future unless they make it right. It was not a fair deal. All that to say they did get the work done in a timely manner but it not for a fair price.

They took care of my AC when it broke down. I called around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the manager answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next day. I received an email that they were on their way just a few minutes later. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem with a bad capacitor, changed it out, and were ready to go in no time at all. I got an email with pictures and explanations of what they did. I've had great experiences with Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning so far, including signing up for regular maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about Reeves Family Plumbing! They were quick, thorough, informative, and very well priced! The staff answering calls are friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call on them again!

Delayed response time to come out! Major leak in kitchen quoted $995 and way overpriced! Fixed the same leak for under $100. Will not be using them again!

Very professional, thorough and honest. They were the fourth company to come and assess a water leak for me, and they were the only ones who were able to find the problem. Not only did they find the issue, but they gave an excellent recommendation for someone who could more effectively address the problem.

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!Betty

Uriel came to my house and was so helpful and sweet. He was fast and efficient he let me know i also needed to flush my hot water tank since it been 5 years since i did it last. I highly recommend this company and him!!!

Very professional team of plumbers and plumber apprentices. They quickly found our leak, quoted a couple of repair options and made the repair. They took extra care in covering the repair area with plastic and cleaned up nicely when finished.

Was here for 20 minutes and was expecting a $98 fee. Charged me $350 to voltage test my panel then called oncor to come fix the problem. Oncor tech did the same test when the came for free. Don’t get ripped off for electrical issues. Technician was civil and friendly, but only tried to sell. $350 for what took place was completely out of line and extremely expensive. All this to a senior citizen

Le Fevers Plumbing does exceptional work. Each time they've been out to the house the job is completed in the time given with no issues. The most recent visit was to replace a water bib on the back of the house. Lee Barr, did an exceptional job removing the old bib and installing the one, with the finished brick work looking just as good as the original. Thanks for the help.Edward S.
