Jeff came to my townhouse and stayed for at least half an hour, taking a look at every part of my AC system that could be causing my high energy bills, then explained exactly what the issue was, how to fix it and what to look out for in the future. After all that, he didn't charge me for anything other than the refrigerant he added. 10/10, will call again.

The person who actually performs the work, I think his name is Jay, is actually very good… i’ve actually used him a couple of times. The reason for my poor review is because of the person who answers the phone, constantly have to call him back and this final time I tried to use them I called him back twice and both times he claimed he would have someone call me but nobody ever did. I assume he is the problem not Jay but I could be wrong. Gave up and started using someone else.

Had a backed up sink, called them, they said they could come the next day. Got a call later the same day and they said they could fit me in, so that was nice, one less day of a backed up sink. Painless process, ran the snake through the piping. Still not sure why such a process costs 150 dollars, but it is what it is (and yes I understand the price breakdown, but still, it's opening a pipe and plugging in the snake).

Warning: Extremely high prices.I had them quote replacing the main shutoff valve for the house and adding a PRV to reduce the pressure. Their quote was $1,500. I have a good idea of the work involved to complete this project, and this felt very high to me.I have since found another plumber to do the job for $500.Since they did no work for me, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I'd strongly recommend you get other quotes before having them do any work, because they don't mind taking you to the cleaners.

This service was amazing with the work I needed was very urgent and got a super quick response and work was done quick for a water leak and repair the sewer line underlayment very happy with the service. However, I did not received the pictures for all the work that was done before and after as they promised I only got two pictures missing a lot more other than that very happy I will always use them any time I need some plumbing service .

I have recommended them to friends and would use them again.Having to deal with an unexpected major expense is never easy but Chad from Accurate Leak & Line made the experience as pleasant as possible. We needed to replaced the entire sewer system under our house to the city connection.Accurate Leak's employees worked very hard and were professional. They keep us informed daily on their progress and complete the work ahead of schedule. Passed city inspection without any issues.

The crew that came out was fantastic. Alex and his co worker did a great job walking me through the potential problematic areas we were having.

Unprofessional; called to have an estimate regarding a hot water tank and instead of assessing the issue he compounded the problem by opening the valve and spraying water everywhere causing further damage and soaking the area of the attic floor and ceiling below that had already been dried.Not only did he make the problem worse, he left the light on in the attic, left the door ajar, and then hid in his vehicle for over 10 minutes writing up an absurd estimate that is near triple the price of any other plumbing company.Daniel, you are a discredit to the profession.Absolutely unacceptable.

James was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and offered alternatives for the repair. He is also very courteous and friendly.

Ben was wonderful as usual. He has done work at our house before. He was here quickly and we had a working toilet again in no time. I wouldn’t ever call anyone else.

We needed a new toilet recently and found Atlas Plumbing on Angieslist. I discussed the situation with Sonny and indicated we had seen a Kohler toilet at Lowes we liked. We discussed various options, the cost, etc. They came out about 4-5 days later as planned and I had them install 2 new toilets. We are very satisfied with the product and the service they provided. We would recommend them to others of course.

Jackie installed a new tankless hot water heater and moved it from a downstairs closet to our attic! He has done many other jobs for us over the years and always does first class work. He is knowledgable and is detail oriented. He is personable and cares about his customers.

Trey was polite, professional and efficient. He completed the heating check up in less time than what I was told it would take. Which I appreciated as I work from home. But to be truthful hecwas quiet during his work and didn't distract me while I was working on a big project. Nit to mention he's easy on the eyes. The whole deal. You're lucky if Trey is ur technician.

The original great crew of Walker AC is long gone and have been replaced by a typical corporate greed company that has bozos running the place that have absolutely no experience in AC The new owners(corporate)have completely changed what was a great AC company. Their new prices are just like the typical corporate owned companies, they have basically quadrupled their pricing and now customers are a number and an opportunity to drain the pockets with a bunch of unnecessary add ons. The installation department failed 3 city inspections and ruined my ceilings. Do your self a favor and call another contractor. Don’t walk away RUN as fast as you can.

Awesome customer service, Super professional, and Plumbers did great work for great prices! 10/10.
