Joshua was very prompt, very friendly, and incredibly helpful. He got my plumbing issue sorted out and gave me useful information along the way as well.

I initially contacted Tribeca for installation of a sump pump but when Jay came out he noticed that I had some french drains that had been covered up. He suggested I let him unclog those and see where channeled the water to before proceeding with sump pump installation. He spent about two hours and was able to find the egress points of the french drain system that were buried under about six inches of dirt. This was why they were not draining correctly. He cleaned them out and got them functioning again. He ended up saving me a ton of money. I was expecting north of $2,000 for a sump pump installation. But because of his honesty and integrity he found a better solution than just installing a sump pump, saving me $1500+ I don't think many others would have had my interest in mind and just would have sold me a sump pump installation. I'm very grateful for Jay and Tribeca and wholeheartedly recommend this company based on my experience. They are definitely my go to plumber from now on!

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

My wife and & I were very comfortable with their analysis and explanation of our problem. The quote was reasonable and the work started shortly after we accepted their quote. Milestone has done two major jobs for us, replacing and upgrading our electrical panel as well as adding new outlets where needed and repairing light switches. They also replaced our aging hvac system. They did quality work and were very professional. Our new hvac system worked great for 8 years, then this summer during a run of 100 degree days the ac went out. Amazingly, we were able to get an appointment the SAME day we called. Jose came out and did a temporary fix to get it running again and ordered new parts to complete the repair. As soon as the parts came in a couple of weeks later, the technician, Rigoberto came out and quickly installed the new board to complete the repair. Before he left he verified everything was working. AC is running now good as new. I can’t speak to pricing since everything was covered under the warranty.I highly recommend Milestone for any electrical work or hvac services. I haven’t used their plumbing service yet but I’ll probably give that a try in very near future.Update for 2023: an issue with our hot water heater led me to first call Milestone. It took several visits and changed out elements and thermostats. Still kept running out of hot water. Today master plumber Steve Pound came out. After conducting several tests, he was able to diagnose the problem and hopefully now all is well. Furthermore he explained everything in layman terms so we understood. He took his time to explain. Very knowledgeable and very professional. He mentioned Milestone offered other home related services. Next time we need something I will probably call them first.

We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

With a sudden gas leak on a Friday afternoon, Baker Brothers came out immediately. They actually got here before the gas company! They worked with Atmos and got the leaked fixed in less than an hour. Now I can enjoy my weekend here at home with my family instead of spending it at a hotel. Thank you Baker Brothers!
