We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Oscar Wion with Baker Brothers was super thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable and answered every question. Very mannerly and helpful as well. Baker Brothers employees are super to work with, however Wion was a cut above in his handling of our situation and he was trained very well or is just a natural from his knowledge to his demeanor. Super young man!

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.

Our AC unit went out the day before the 4th of July. I called Xtreme Air Services to schedule an appointment. Josh came out and sure enough, we needed a full installation of a new AC unit. Josh was able to get us an AC wall unit for the time being, until Kelson and Dakota were able to come install it the following Monday morning. Josh made Our home Comfortable for the weekend and his Awesome Customer Service helped me relax while I called to see about financing a new unit.
