After I finally got the appointment scheduled on 11/28.2022, Matt came and did a good job replacing the leaking copper drainpipe in the kitchen. The copper waterline to the refrigerator was also accidentally cut. I was told that they would repair it and tap into the faucet waterline. They were very professional and explained what they were doing. The leak was fixed, and the waterline was connected to the refrigerator. Hopefully stays leak free for a long time.On 12/19/2022 when the contractor was replacing the sheetrock, he noticed the PVC pipe was leaking where the rubber gasket was connected to the san tee. The pipe was loose and easily turned. He tightened the screws and it seemed to fix the problem, but I was not comfortable with the repairs and wanted a confirmation with the plumbing company who did the work before we continue with the rebuild of the kitchen. Called Cody & Sons and setup an appointment for 12/20/2022.On 12/20/2022 Evan and Antonio came to check on the repairs done on 11/28/2022. They were also very professional and friendly. Evan said that the rubber gasket is per code, but for my comfort he added a metal band over the rubber gasket. I also mentioned to them that the copper waterline to the refrigerator was also accidentally cut. I pointed to where it was connected and was told that was the hot waterline. They also said that it looks like that there was nothing done where it was connected. I am not a plumber and did not realize that there was no connection for the waterline to the refrigerator until my contractor came and pointed it out to me. Called Cody & Sons again and setup an appointment for 12/21/2022.On 12/21/2022 Evan and Antonio came again to check on the repairs on the waterline to the refrigerator. They confirmed that a new connector was needed for the waterline to the refrigerator. The connector was replaced, and Evan also check the cut copper waterline behind the sheetrock and capped it. Evan and Antonio were both again very professional, helpful, friendly and understanding about my concerns with the original repairs. I'm hoping 3rd time a charm and all the issues are permanently resolved.On 02/03/2023 Cody D fixed the leak on the hot water line. He was professional, friendly and very through. It did not take him long to identify the problem and have it fixed.

$165 on a house visit so that they can tell me that they don’t work on dishwashers. I wish they would have told me that beforehand. They were friendly, but I would be to if people hand me $165 for 5 minutes of “work.”

Our AC went out in the middle night, and we couldn't get anyone to come until the next morning. I called another company that was incredibly rude and tried to sell me $1,000 worth of work that I didn't need. After hours on hold with other companies trying to find someone who could come out today, I finally called Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were able to send a technician out within an hour to do the ac repair and quickly determined what needed repair (and what could wait). The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no idea how much our old furnace was costing us! Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly---it was such an improvement from dealing with other companies!

Reeves Family Plumbing saved my father’s life.The problems started with the big freeze Texas had back in February, which busted multiple pipes in every house in Texas. My Dad had been calling contractors, but they were all too busy to come out, even 9 months later. So, being a member of the Greatest Generation, which knew how to live without, he just did. He tried to fix some things himself, and in the middle of that, being 98 and living alone, and by now very sick as well, due to a months-long lack of sanitation and running water, he collapsed in a full state of sepsis shock, bacteria everywhere in his body. True to form, he never complained to any of us throughout the months of plumbing issues. We knew there was a toilet or two that wasn’t functioning properly but had no idea of the extent of the damage. When my Dad didn’t answer my weekly call, we sent my niece (miraculously in town for a high school reunion) over to investigate. She found him too weak to move and rushed him to the ER.I flew down and saw…omg….a house that had no running water, 6'x4' holes in the ceiling, multiple busted toilets, sewage draining from the second floor to the first, no way to wash clothes because the washing machine was instead generating impressive dirty water geysers, urine “surprises” left in open containers (makes sense, there was no running water after all), mountains of soiled clothes on my Dad's bedroom floor. It was just as gross and hard as it sounds.Enter Reeves Family Plumbing. They responded with two full-time plumbers within a day, Juan and Rodney. My memory of them attaches capes and tights and superhero emblems to them both. Despite the really awful stench and trash everywhere (which I spent a week cleaning and scrubbing to get rid of), they waded in and fixed…everything. They had to slice open and cart away large sections of cast iron pipe (old house), crawl under the house and into the ceiling to replace busted sections with new PVC, get water running to every toilet, replace 3 sink fixtures and 1 toilet fully, plus repair multiple more. The washing machine alone took two trips, as it had both a problem with the trap and then a problem with a piece of metal stuck in an effluent pipe beneath the house. It was a week of work for 2 people, cost me $3500, but changed everything. That house, even when I was growing up in it, never functioned as fully as it did when they left. It was beautiful enough to make me want to cry. More importantly, the house was finally in good enough shape where we could convince the Social Services people (who had been alerted by the EMT’s) that my Dad could live there and not be carted off to a nursing home. This was important to us, as ever since we were little, my Dad said he’d rather die than end up in an old folks’ home. He just came home yesterday. That’s right. His own home, his forever home, thanks to Reeves Family Plumbing.

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Jonathan Hebert was the service technician for the electrical work we had performed at our home. He kept us updated on his arrival time and did an excellent job. Still waiting on a call back. They replaced our A/C unit last year. It’s been fine, but in a routine inspection a tiny coolant leak was found. Rick told me they’d have to order a part and I’d be notified when they did so they could come replace. I haven’t heard back yet, that was two weeks ago.

Not having enough experience with any plumbing company, I called Peerless Plumbing in Dallas. Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly. The best has happened and we are so happy to be back after two days without a toilet! Thanks Peerless Plumbing Company Dallas, you guys are great.

Jeff cameout free of charge for inspection and told us what the initial installers did wrong. He is honest to us to check with warranty guys . He is really good at what he did and good person with honesty.
