Very nice technician, friendly, thoroughly checked everything and most importantly honest.

I had a house full of guests coming in three days when I noticed the ceiling dripping in my laundry room (on a Wednesday). MFP showed up within two hours and troubleshot the problem to a rusted flange and fouled wax gasket on the guest room toilet. The flooring was wet and couldn’t be trusted to support the stress of another flange installation until it was dry. They contacted their sister restoration company (D&W) who came right out and went to work drying and dehumidifying the area. Two days later (Friday), the area was dry, the commode was reinstalled and the leak was nothing but a memory. The whole process wasn’t inexpensive but it was fast, professional, comprehensive and done right. They save my family reunion. Thanks, Joshua & Co.

JUST FABULOUS. I had a busted tankless water heater due to the terrible cold weather that blasted Texas these past two weeks. I called maybe 30 different companies who said they couldn't come out for non-emergencies etc... well Tribeca made me a priority and came out same day to take a look - turns out I had a huge leak from system leaking onto the ceiling from the attic and thank Goodness Richard from Tribeca showed up. They were able to replace the system a few days later. Highly recommend!

I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

The company has been purchased by Private Equity investors. They are only interested in maximizing revenue now. The prices have more than doubled and the techs are told to focus on selling as much as possible on each call.They replaced my toilet fill valve and when the job was done my toilet now made a popping noise when the tank filling ended. I asked why the toilet now caused the pipes in the wall to rattle and I was told the pipes had a problem already. The fill valve had the name Public Service Plumbers stamped on it. I bought a less expensive part at Home Depot and the noise went away after installation. No construction problems after all.I will never use or recommend Public Service Plumbers again.

Dallas Plumbing is good for basic things. Initially i called in to have a bidet seat and a shower (attached) installed. The team was courteous and scheduled me. There was no appointment confirmation but that's not a particular bother to me. The technician when he showed up was kind and he took one look and said, I don't know what to do with that, they'll have to calls someone else to do that. That isn't the service i expected. I expected better service or for the scheduler to have a better grasp of the tasks at hand. Feel free to use them, however be very explicit with what you need.

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

Both Uriel and Marcos are very professional and courteous. They thoroughly inspected the issue and explained the repair process. They even went extra further and helped move out a car. After the repair, they checked the entire plumbing system in the house to make sure no more issues inside and out. They also cleaned up the area after the repair! Overall repair service and experience was smooth! I would strongly recommend Pure Plumbing service!

I used Baker Brothers for their electrical services. I had an electrical outlet that needed to be replaced and another plug moved up behind a television. Chad did a great job on both. He cleaned up so well, I couldn’t even tell he was here. Chad communicated with me about his arrival and also provided me with a quote for the work to be done. I would definitely use them for any of the many other services they provide. A+ business!!

Called flow plumbing with a stopped up toilet and they we able to send a plumber out the same day. The plumber and his helper were very nice, clean and professional. They took care of the job. Thank you Flow Plumbing
