Richard and his team are incredible and I highly recommend. My water heater was damaged during the 2021 winter storm and I didn't notice the issue until a Saturday evening. Richard immediately answered his phone when I called and talked me through what steps to take the minimize damage. He and his team then came the next day (a Sunday) to repair the water heater. Cannot recommend Tribeca highly enough!!

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

After buying our “new” home that supposedly had “new plumbing”, we had multiple issues pop up the first month. Randy, Israel and their supervisor, John, took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be made and offered a fair price for the work. I highly recommend them all for your plumbing needs. Absolutely amazing service! Jon Arnell came out and was able to diagnose and repair our mainline blockage for us. He was incredibly professional and took the time to educate us on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. Reasonable pricing was an added bonus. Will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for all my future needs.

My elderly parents had an emergency hot water heater leak in their attic on a Sunday night, so I called Mr Rooter. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Matthew who was on another call but indicated that he was assigned to us. He then asked if I tried turning off the water going into the water heater - I had because I couldn't get the valve handle to move. He gave me instructions on what to do and also provided additional direction on how to drain the water heater itself. With that, I was able to do both so the emergency was averted allowing us to wait until the next day to call on a permanent resolution. Matthew's willingness to help us, not only saved us time on preventing further leakage in the attic, but saved us a significant cost for an emergency call. I'll definitely consider Mr Rooter again in the future thanks to Matthew.

I called Herndon McFarland to detect a potentially slab leak detection. They correctly determined it was a pipe issue in the front of the house. Another plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed a slab leak which was wrong.

We used PHS to fix the backflow valve on our sprinkler system so that we can turn off the water to the sprinkler system without turning off the water to the house. We also used them to connect the gas to our new HVAC. They were through, prompt, and reasonably priced, and they were also very considerate of the fact that we had a sleeping baby in the house while they were doing work. Will definitely use them again!
