We had an emergency situation and the guys got here pretty quickly and did great finishing the job within an hour, so that was good. The guys were polite and kept us informed as to what they were finding. Didn’t like the $450.00 an hour charge, seemed like gouging, but it was 2 days before Christmas and the storm extreme freeze temps had plumber supply and demand leaving us in a no win situation. But we were thankful they got here quick and had the repair done in the hour.

I cannot recommend Riddell enough. We needed them for an emergency plumbing leak. I was worried about the bill for an after hours appointments. Nick not only found the issue, but fixed it, in less than an hour. He got to us in record time. He was so professional and courteous he put us at ease right away. We will definitely be calling Riddell again.

We had a plumbing draining stoppage and called upon Riddell to service our situation. Jay provided us with genuine professional service. Both repairs require new parts which need to be ordered.Waited all day.Plumber was courteous and professional, but it is frustrating to have to stay home all day and still not have the repair work done.Main issue is that Riddell will not give an appointment time or even a window.

We had no hot water on a Friday afternoon. Our go-to plumber said they’d come on Tuesday! A couple more frantic calls with same results. Then called Riddell. Beware! I had four valuable pieces of jewelry taken from my bathroom over the holidays. They were working on a shower repair for hours on side of bathroom where the jewelry was tucked away in the drawers. They searched through all my bathroom drawers. I have used Riddell for years and have always trusted and been happy with the work. Not anymore, they were the only ones that had access to my bathroom. They were also very rude to me and acted suspicious when it was time to pay. Now I know why!

I was satisfied but if possible I would like to speak with someone on why our service in 2021 did not include flushing the tankless units

Riddel have been with us since we built our house, 12 yrs ago.

The service techs came in the evening and stayed until the problem was fixed (over 4 hours). It was cold and dark outside, and they had to use some real problem solving skills to locate and fix the issue. We were very happy with their service.

Simple leak at the street meter. I explained what it was. When they got here, didn't have the parts. Had to make a 45 minute trip, apparently on the clock @ $200 hr.When they were done, they left and forgot to turn the water back on. Fair enough to overlook that, but wouldn't you turn the water back on to check your work?They did get here quickly and they did fix the leak.

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable at trouble shooting our 6 month old issue. He immediately located and corrected it within 10 minutes. Not to mention that someone else tried 3 different times before and just wasted time, extreme aggravation, and money.Thank you for finally putting this huge burden behind us. What a relief!

I had to pay this company a non-refundable fee of $120 to give me an estimate on the work I needed done at a commercial property. Their estimate was 10 times higher than the other bids I received - $5000 vs $50,000.

I had a non-working bidet attachment replaced with an identical model that I had purchased. The plumber and assistant were neat, efficient, and polite. The plumber also noticed that the toilet tank was taking a long time to fill, and he adjusted that also. All work was completed in about 30 minutes. I am very happy with the job they did.

Moen didn't last but 2-3 years. A $54 substandard plastic part broke. When it breaks you can't turn the water off in the bathtub. Buy another brand. They use to be a good brand.

Wonderful service! My water stopped working in the house. Another plumber came out, checked a few things, charged me $$$ and did nothing. Riddell came out and Cody checked every possible thing and was even able to give us a temporary solution until we can get the issue fixed. More pricey than other plumbers. My GC recommended. Was shocked when got bill for $276.00 for 10 minutes of scoping. They found the problem immediately. Only 3 feet from start of cleanout. Good techs, very nice to work with. I was amazed when they wouldn't remove to charge for the scope if we agreed to do the $5,700 repair.

I have used Riddell on 4 different occasions and they are seriously the best. Their employees are knowledgeable and have done an excellent job repairing the problems, they are reasonable and honest with their pricing, and have responded quickly when I had emergencies. Three generations working in the family business, and a team that works together like family - from new installation and warranty to repairs and replacements these guys have been phenomenal and are always our go-to. Our tankless water heater started throwing an alarm and shutting off. The guys from Riddell came out, diagnosed the problem, and provided a temporary fix, then came back with the proper equipment to clean and flush the system. They were responsive, polite, and professional. All is good, and I will now be scheduling this work annually.

I left a hose attached to a frost free outdoor spigot that caused a rupture near the valve when it froze last winter. Fortunately the valve was installed properly and only required a replacement and no digging in the exterior wall. Riddell was on time and able to finish the job in under 30 minutes with parts on their truck. Highly recommend.

Riddell came out on Labor Day to help us with our plumbing issue. They were quick and great in diagnosing the issue. We have further repair to do but we are good for now.

Bar faucet had a leak and after plumbers leaving for hours to retrieve parts, they could not fix it; still had to order a new faucet. Paid Russell for travel time and labor and now have to pay for a new installation of a bar faucet.

First of all, the three calls I made to the business were answered by three different and very kind women. Each time I called, they were very helpful and informed on my situation. They gave me accurate information on when the technician would be able to get to my will-call situation.The technician, Zach, was professional, courteous, and respectful. We had a Toto toilet installed. Pretty complex. Riddell has done these many times and have been specifically trained to do the install. Job took most of day, but they were not in a hurry and did everything correct. Even showed us all the features of how it works. Cody, installer, was extremely nice and polite. Complete pleasure to work with. They were not the least expensive installers - but you get what you pay for and we are very happy with that.

Saturday service by a very pleasant professional, who repaired a kitchen sink leak in no time. He unclogged another sink drain while he was here.

Their rates are high (as they all are) but they are very efficient and get the job done quickly and done right so that helps keep the cost reasonable. This was my first time using Riddell. I did so on the recommendation of my HVAC guy. I was impressed from the time Wes and Mike arrived. I had several different issues that needed to be taken care of. Wes made the great decision to start with the cleaning/descaling of our tankless water heater and proceeded to do the rest of the work while the tank was being flushed out. Everything was done in an hour - extremely efficient with the time. I appreciated that. Wes really knew his stuff and communicated clearly.

Gavin and his colleague did a great job converting our fire table from propane to gas. My first call with Chelsea was great too who relayed my request internally and got back to me the next morning. Due to a cancellation in their schedule my job was taken care of that very afternoon. So all told it was a 24 hour turnaround time! I would highly recommend and Riddell will be our first call for all plumbing needs.

I had a leak coming from the ceiling in my shower. I called Riddell Plumbing and they were here within a couple of hours. I had already turned off the water to my shower. Within minutes he told me that the leak was coming from the condo above me. The water was between the walls and running on the floor of the adjacent closet. I called my insurance carrier (USAA, the BEST!). With both Riddell and USAA a potential BIG problem was averted. I was so lucky to be working with professionals! Riddell is by far the best in the business!

Excellent and prompt professional service! I have used Riddell on several occasions for various repairs and installs. They are always great. This time we had clogged double-kitchen sink drain. I tried the plunger and then some ZEP but both did not work. I called Riddell at 7am and they had a skilled technician to my house at 2:00 pm. I highly recommend Riddell!

Just witnessed truck 751 at 2:30 littering. The passenger opened up the door of his truck and threw his trash underneath the truck. He went out of his way to do this. After he done threw his trash on the ground he then walks to the gas station passing 3 trash cans. But he refuses to pick up his mess and throw it away. It's awesome knowing we have people like this in our state.

Jay & Sebastian seemingly effortlessly repaired a pipe under my bathroom vanity & offered to install a new plunger in both my sink & my husband's as one of the components in my drain had corroded. Showed up on time, found the leak and fixed it fast. Fair price, complete job, happy to get it done. They did a job very quickly that would have taken me a day plus several trips to the hardware store. Definitely worth it.

Riddell came out 2 times(charged us both times) to find a sewage leak. The second time they brought the smoke machine yet never found the leak. We called another plumber who crawled under the house (pier & beam) and took photos of the “pool “ the visible leak was causing. There was so much water it had to dry out before the repair could be fixed. We wasted good money for Riddell to tell us absolutely nothing. Had they actually got into the crawl space and looked around(which they said they did and charged us for) this would be a different review.

Great experience all around. Fast, communicative, and highly professional. Gave solid advice and wasn’t trying to upsell. Worked efficiently and unclogged our drains, replaced a hose bibb, and removed the temperature regulator from one of our showers.

I used Riddell plumbing for a project (I’m an interior designer) where my client was having an issue with the toilet in her primary bathroom. Riddell was the second company we called out to quote. They showed up on time and were professional. They also informed us of a more cost effective solution of doing a jet wash to see exactly where the problem was before digging up the floor. They ended up being less that the other company and more knowledgeable. They will always have a client with me. Thanks, Riddell!

I've used Riddell for a wide variety of plumbing issues through the years... some routine maintenance, some more urgent repairs to broken or non-working items. They are consistently capable, professional and timely.

Horrible service! Called Riddell to come repair a 'leak' that was discovered during a home inspection. Riddell repaired the plumbing, but never took the time to find the leak or validate what they were repairing was correct.And do NOT try and talk to the warranty person. He has been there way too long, and obviously hates his job. If you think you are getting any good information out of him.

Christmas Day fixed broken pipe and did so at a fair price in a timely manner

We have used Riddell plumbing in the past so we didn’t hesitate to use again. We had a slab leak this time which conjures up real nightmares. The leak was verified and Jeremy and Atticus (helper) came to repair. I can’t say enough about Jeremy. He is not only an amazing plumbing expert but very understanding of your concerns as well and explains every step. He really instills confidence in the job he is doing. We will ask for Jeremy if future plumbing needs. Riddell is not cheap but certainly recommend. Christian owned.

The company came over today (scheduled appt made on Tuesday). Sent to people, they were very nice and polite. And they finish the job in about 45 minutes. One of my pipes were clogged, therefore they remove the sink pipe and cleaned it out and then put it back. No parts or extra materials were used from their end. The service was great however my main gripe is there over price. 250$ for less than an hour!!! They may be nice and efficient, but definitely not worth the price. I will look elsewhere. The only reason I went with this company is because the HOA manager recommended them.

Honored their warranty as the valve was defective that had been installed previously. The plumbers were extremely professional and customer oriented which is a wonderful thing these days.

They quoted me and I called around to get quotes turns out I didn’t need to nobody beat Their price. Atmos replaced the main gas line in our alley. Before reconnecting a new gas meter they performed a leak test which our house failed. Riddell's technician, Gavin and his assistant skillfully tracked down multiple leaks outside, inside, in the attic, and finally under the house. After a week our service was restored and we had hot water.Gavin was professional, prompt, friendly, and did great work.Recommend Riddell highly and will use again.

Had a leak at our Business on Saturday evening. First company we called never showed up. We called Riddell Sunday morning. They were out that day found the issue and fixed it fast.

Riddell handled our kitchen remodel but failed to connect the water line for the freezer. This was not discovered until the freezer was installed and I didn't have time to have Riddell come out and fix the situation. Unfortunately, fortunately the freezer needed to be replaced and I was able to have Riddell come out today and fix the problem, The plumber was excellent and found a way to connect the water line without having to cut through the custom cabinets!

On time and proactive to the situation with the water heater.

We first worked with Riddell a couple of years ago at the recommendation of a neighbor. We were not satisfied with some work previously done by Baker Bros and Riddell came in and got everything fixed for us. We’ve had them out multiple times and have been very pleased.

Riddell Plumbing has always done what needed to be done to get my plumbing working the way that it should.

Riddell Plumbing was recommended to me after I discovered I had a back-up problem on my recently purchased home, built in the early 60's with cast iron pipes. The backup issue has been in the master toilet/shower and a half bath across the wall, that shares the same sewage line. The Riddell guys (Thomas, Jim & another new hire) have come to my house several times to address my issue. They have always been very transparent, honest and fair. They quoted me a fair price to put in a set of clean outs, hydro-flushed and ran an auger in the pipe to breakup the build-up. They run a camera down the pipe multiple times. Their pricing and warranty on work has been extremely reasonable and in no way have they tried to take advantage of my situation and me being a single female. Thomas, Jim and the other new guy have all done a really great job and are outstanding workers!! I highly recommend Riddell Plumbing for your plumbing needs!!

I tried resetting my pilot light on my water heater twice to no avail. Riddell came over and did exactly what I did and unfortunately for me (dealing with them, not that the water heater turned back on), the third time was the charm because they literally spent 5 minutes inside my house. It took them longer to go outside to write up my bill which was $220!!!! They proceeded to sit in their van in my driveway for 35 minutes for some unknown reason. I will call ANYONE but Riddell in the future. I have never been ripped off so badly by any company but they live up to the stereotype of plumbers cheating their customers.

We hired Riddell to finish the plumbing job on our remodel project. They claimed to be the “experts”Although expensive, everything was fine with the remodel crews. However, we moved in and needed them to finish details. We were transferred to the service/warranty department and the nightmare began. The service department is awful and can’t fix small details. I guess after they get your money, the job is done. Sorry, can’t recommend for the price.

RIP-OFF!!! We called to get info on availability and pricing, they asked all our info (we thought that it was to give us a price and see when they could come) and said we’d call on Monday morning to confirm if we would still need them to come but we didn’t call because we could solve it sooner. They showed up and charged $250 just for showing up even if we never hired them. So if you only want info, make sure you don’t give them your address or they’ll show up and rob you.

Well since this company can't leave me my family members and I alone . Lol they called a family member offering a gift basket for us to stop posting negative reviews. Like we could be bribed??? Lol. I feel obliged to post another negative review. Early last spring I invited Riddell Plumbing to come out and provide a free estimate on my gasline. They bid me three times higher than any of my others bids recieved. However this is not the main reason I was not dumb enough to hire them. The main reason I did not hire Riddell Plumbing is because the day they came out to bid the job one the helpers reeked profusely of alcohol. Obviously, I knew they not the right choice to install something as flammable as a gaslline. SO when Riddell realizes they are not going to be awarded their astronomical bid....what do they do? Riddell sends me a 150.00 dollar bill for my free estimate . When I told them I was not going to pay them for my free estimate. They sent plumber out to my house in the middle of my family's dinner to demand money. I told him to get lost and that I would not pay him personally but that I would pay Riddel right then over the phone. I did just that and gave over their free 150 dollars over to them so it wouldn't affect my perfect credit score. I can't say it was money well spent. However I'm glad i didn't hire a bunch overpriced unprofessional jerks to install my gasline. I do have an emailed receipt of payment to verify I'm am a reluctant forced verified customer. Do you're self a favor folks save yourselves money and harrassment do not hire Riddell Plumbing.

I used Riddell Plumbing to install a new sink and change out my hot water heater in my place of business. They were very professional. I felt that the price was very fair. I loved that they explained to me all of my options and I did not feel like I was in the dark. I then used them a few months later when I had a pipe freeze and bust. Like I said this was my place of business and I was in panic mode. They showed up in a hurry and got me all fixed up in no time. From here on out I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing.

They charged me $185 to come out an relight it which I felt was egregious for 10 min of work. 1 week later same issue with a different water heater. I call Baker Brothers and they will come out a relight for $39.

I don’t know how you dispute that your plumbers were the only ones in my bathroom for 6 hours and had access to my jewelry. That all being said you didn’t care one bit that my jewelry was taken you were defensive and accusing. You can’t say with 100% certainty that your employees didn’t steal my jewelry. You could have cared less when I talked to you on phone over this. So don’t say you are praying for me. This jewelry was worth a lot of money and was sentimental. Not one time did you care that this happened only were defensive. And I have a friend that same thing happened to her and they took a necklace so don’t act like this has never happened before.

Replaced two water heaters with tankless water heaters because ours wasn’t getting hot and fixed the old plumbing screw up from builders and the pressure now the wife is happy so am I thankful for y’all! Will tell everyone !!
