BEWARE! They charge for estimates.I called for an estimate for a bathroom faucet install. They would not give an estimate over the phone. Required that they have someone come to my house first. Thankfully she said oh by the way that will be an $89 trip charge before someone came out! Every other plumber I called either gave me an estimate over the phone or came by for free. Who charges for estimates??!! Needless to say I will not be calling them again.

Hooper plumbing fixed our leak so fast! They were committed in helping us, extremely professional, courteous, respectful and most of all knowledgeable when communicating the plumbing problem. I would recommend hooper plumbing to anyone in a heartbeat!

Calvin came and put in thermostat and ran new wire it worked when he left got up this morning box was on optimizing mode and coul not use heat or ac for over an hour and half my unit is only 6 months old from this company I will be calling Monday to see whats wrong now

Big shootout and Kudos to Victor L. for coming out and resolving a electrical setup matter quickly and efficiently. He was very through in his explaination and walked me through the job they did. Very nice guy and even helped to tighten a extra light fixture at no charge. Highly recommended Victor.

Dave was super knowledgeable and extremely nice. He took extra time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and tested to make sure he actually fixed the issue, and didn’t just temporarily fix the issue. I will for sure be using ARS again, and it is all because of the great customer service that Dave gave.
