Excellent service. We had an emergency leak from the upstairs bath dripping heavily into our den. Cody ended up sending two trucks. From the time we called until the leak was fixed took under two hours. Superb experience. The techs were polite and very professional.

Ali and Matt came to do an emergency repair on a Sunday. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs .

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

I wish I was able to leave 0 stars. I hired Mr. Rooter for a clog we had in our pipes. One of their technicians came out, and began tacking on different services such as pulling the toilet from the ground, cabling different lines, and running a camera (over $800 when it was all said and done, and still no functioning toilet).. Keiffer (the tech) informed me the problem was beyond our office's plumbing and into the street. His recommendation was to call the city and request concrete be ripped up due to a break in a line. With him being the expert, I took his advice and called the city, who came out and spent the entire afternoon ensuring that wasn't the root of our plumbing problem. I then hired a second plumber for a second opinion.. in a matter of 30 minutes, he FIXED it! He determined it was a simple clog in the pipes caused from baby wipes!! He also states this was something the first plumber (MR. ROOTER) should have certainly caught.I contacted Mr. Rooter to address my concerns and frustrations, as well as send them the itemized invoice from the second plumber which showed they performed the same tasks Mr. Rooter's tech performed. Their response was informing me they take ZERO responsibility for their tech not resolving the issue I paid him to resolve. Their response was simply you signed off on the services he charged you for. For this reason, we do not feel a refund is warranted.If you're going to hire this company, I HIGHLY advise you sit beside your tech, baby sit and monitor his every move and ensure you're paying for the services he claims he is performing. A complete scam Mr. Rooter is.

Matt was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to explain everything that he was doing and issues that he saw in the a manner that was easy to understand. I most certainly will be using Baker Brothers, especially Matt in the future. Matt was able to make me feel comfortable and not intimidated by things that I am not understand. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. All I can say is a very honest representation of plumbers.

My technician was Carlos. He was very helpful, fast, and efficient. I had a plumbing issue. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the water valves leading to my washer. It was a great service!!!

Jake did a wonderful job of diagnosing and fixing the problems quickly. He was also professional, kind and had a very pleasant attitude. I would definitely use Right Call Solutions again.

Responsive and helpful

Although I had a great experience, pricing would be something that should be clear and consistent. It would be nice to know ahead of time some type of estimate PRIOR to a HVAC tech or plumber comes...to avoid the element of surprise/ pocketbook heartache!! HAHAAntijuan, Paul, Ricky, and Matt....all knowledgeable, not upsalers. THAT I really appreciate.
