WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT THE DOOR, I PROVIDED THE DOOR CODE TO HIS OFFICE, AND THE TECHNICIAN JUST LEFT WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO ENTER THE PROPERTY. ARS called ahead to arrive early. The technician wore all PPE which is great and provided me and my family an additional level of comfort and safety. While I hope not to have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do. I will definitely call ARS.
