A thankless jobI want to start out by saying I had high expectations for Cody & Sons as their reviews reflect excellent customer service as well as excellent productivity. However, my experience was none of the sort. I reached out to Cody & Sons on Friday May 1, 2020 because of the random faint smell of sewer in my home. A pretty straightforward conversation was held via text message that resulted in me providing my information through email to schedule an appointment for that following Tuesday May 5, 2020 between the hours of 1-5pm.Now because we are ALL going through trying times, I felt compelled to let the company know as I was booking my appointment (on May 1st) that I am a ICU nurse and I can provide mask if needed. Never once did anyone reach out to me regarding this information.Fast forward to Tuesday May 5 approximately 2:07 in the afternoon, I called to make sure someone was still coming out and the representative I spoke with over the phone confirmed as well as a separate text message came through confirming the appointment.About an hour later I received a phone call from Randy who identified himself as the owner. Randy told me none of his technicians felt comfortable coming to my home to fulfill the service because I AM A NURSE. Being a nurse is the most thankless job next to law enforcement. I work OVERNIGHT managing very critical patients with life altering medications, bathing, soothing both patient and family, as well as dealing with the anxiety of bringing ANYTHING home to my toddler and husband. The last thing I was ever worried about was being discriminated against because of my line of work.Randy felt comfortable enough with the response from his “12 technicians “ to call me and let me know no one was coming out. This was about the only thing honorable with this experience. This encounter followed with two phone calls from two different technicians saying they didn’t know about the appointment, which I kindly let one of them know “I made this appointment last week”. We are now at 3 pm during the scheduled time a technician was suppose to be here. So at this point I am insulted and disappointed in the community I serve.I PROUDLY work the frontlines and will continue to work the frontlines. But I want to say this, NURSES, practice with the utmost precaution. I can’t say the same about the person next to you at the grocery store, gas station, or the person you handed your card to while paying for your food.

I had a stopped up toilet when I got home from work on a Friday evening. My house only has one toilet, so I really needed to get it fixed. I called another company who could not do anything until Saturday. So, I called One Source, and was able to have the problem handled within 1.5 hours of making the call. The plumber demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill, was friendly, and took care of everything in an efficient manner. It was a rainy night, and he took care to keep my floors clean. I surely appreciated this service.

Nothing is worse than buying an older house (built in the 70's) and discover the plumbing under the house is deteriorating and needs to be completely replaced. Okay, maybe some things are worse, but not many.These guys came out and gave me a guaranteed quote after about an hour inspection.I contacted at least 3 different plumbers in the area and they all gave me estimates that were higher than Accurate's guaranteed price. One even said, It's going to be at least this much, but probably more once we get under the house.Anyway, Accurate made us feel comfortable.Only reason I even consider dropping a star from my rating is because my front yard still looks like an outtake from a Tremors movie. I'm not entirely sure these guys could've done anything about it, but my wife is complaining and when she complains we all lose a star.

The price was a fraction of what other companies were charging for a simple faucet installation, and it was done quickly and professionally by a very friendly plumber.

Ryan and his partner did a great job putting a new water heater in our attic! This is the 3rd time I have used atlas plumbing and their plumbers and knowledgeable and do the job right! Will def use them in the future if we need to.

I used this company once for a plumbing emergency, and once to replace my water heater. I am so happy with their skill and the people I've spoken with are always very nice. This is my go to plumber and I'd definitely recommend them.

Great service. A little over priced but you do get what you pay for. I would recommend.

They came out to do a routine cleaning. Stated both the units would need replaced asap turn them off said they would burn up because our fan stopped running outside and they would need to replace both units for 20k. I had a second company come out said nothing is wrong that was 4 months ago the units are completely fine still. I cancelled with milestone immediately.

This company used to be great. However, their service and professionalism have really declined. This last appointment was the final straw for us.We had a plumbing call scheduled for Monday morning, May 1. Mid-morning on May 1, we received a call telling us that the plumber was sick and had to reschedule to Wednesday, May 3. (Do they just have one?) OK, we completely understand. We rescheduled and were told the plumber would be at our house first thing in the morning on May 3.At 1:00pm on May 3, we still hadn't heard anything from anyone regarding the plumber's arrival. After reaching out to them to inquire about the ETA, we were told the plumber was held up at another job, and we would have to schedule for next week. Not only did they not tell us proactively about this, but the flippant attitude that our plumbing problem would have to wait until next week is unacceptable.We have opted to use another company and will not be using Paschal in the future. Such a shame as we used to love them.

I was happy with service I received. Tyler was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. 12/28 John is a very nice guy. I communicated the issue
and the matter was resolved.

Shawn was very professional and responsive. He solved the issue and we have working a/c again.

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

Great Honest Company, they have service guys open to public to help you understand what the parts are, how they work, and thats a great thing for any consumer to know they are welcome to stop buy ask questions about hvac at no charge. Thats a huge comfort for any consumer working with a service company that you can meet, ask questions and get straight forward answers on options to fix or get to know who is coming to your home to help you if there is home comfort problem in the future. I have been up against Danny as a competitor giving hvac home estimates and he is a guy you dont mind losing to if you care about the industry, service companies are often set up and there are some fly by nights out there, but rarely does anyone show good stories on the news about the several great companies available, and this is one of them and there are others out there too. So do your homework, and you will find this is one of those companies, built by family values and helping the other hvac guys that are good folks get recognized as well. Danny set the bar high and I appreciate and many others in the industry appreciate that! Not sure, well you owe it to yourself to ge and see them yourself.Eric Wilson
