After another plumbing company came and told us they could only give us a quote if we first paid them to cut into our walls, Jason and his associate from Metro Flow Plumbing arrived, asked some questions, and figured out that they could see any problem from the attic. Once there, they found a hole in our roof that was the source of what had appeared like a plumbing problem. If we had used the other company, we'd still be paying them to look for a problem in our walls that never existed. So we got great value and professionalism from Metro Flow Plumbing!We were also impressed that they were able to identify another noise in the walls when an upstairs shower ran as the knock made by a pipe's expansion and contraction in a hollow space (and not part of a leak). After testing for dampness, they recommended we not cut into our walls to look for water that we weren't going to find. Again, this news was both welcome and in stark contrast to what the first plumbing company we had called had prescribed (which was a wall-cutting expedition based on the unfounded assumption that the mark left by the water leaking from the roof and the knocking in the wall were part of the same phenomenon).Metro Flow's Plumbing was both more competent and far cheaper than if we had gone with the alternative. We're very satisfied.

We have used Hooper for years now for both AC and plumbing issues. From small leaks to completely redoing our AC unit. Highly recommend using them.

I just cannot say enough about Angel and the people at One Source! First of all, I didn’t have to wait around all day for them to show up for the scheduling window. They were there way earlier than I expected and that was such a pleasant surprise. Secondly, Angel identified the problem immediately and took care of it on the spot. They found a customer for life! These guys are the real deal. Absolute pros.

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Will continue to recommend them, they did a great job for us! Thanks to Patrick and his team!

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Ben & Ryan with Atlas Plumbing came out the same day I called. We had a outside faucet leak. Ben & Ryan fixed it right up, (at a very fair price) and we will be calling Atlas in the future. They were a pleasure to deal with!

Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

Noticed the heat wasn’t working this morning after last nights severe weather- heat pump wasn’t coming on. Called and a tech (Oscar) was there in maybe an hour? Faster than I expected. Asked me good questions and listen to the scenario/details I provided.He had the system diagnosed, repaired, and was on his way very quickly.Very nice tech, very thorough in his descriptions of the problem and other potential issues. As much as I don’t like to have AC system repairs, I do look forward to using BB and Oscar for the upcoming scheduled maintenance.
