Quick and efficient and honest about the fact that my plumbing problem was fairly small and therefore not expensive.

Rowdy and the team did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly and very professional.

Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath. I paid $700+, but was happy my drains worked again. A month and a half later the drains backed up again. I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked. Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it’s “hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly.”I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call. I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls. I have also shared with the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

Considering the fact that I called several times and no one returned my phone calls I punt on this one.

Have always been very happy with this company until recently. First they came out to look at the hot water bib in my washer and snake a shower. The bib was fine and he spent 15 minutes on the drain. Charged over $200.Paid to have heater checked out. “Everything is fine” A few weeks later heater would not come on. They came out turned it on and it worked. $110. Two days later heater stopped working. Several calls and promises to come out, still nobody has shown up.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I've used Atlas Plumbing twice now; once to repair a washer and once to repair a toilet and sink fixture. Both times I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They listened well to understand the situation, and correctly assessed the problems. They did a great job correcting the problems and are very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!

Jonathan is one of the finest professional craftsman I have had do work in quite some time. He was on time the first afternoon, called when he was delayed picking up parts this morning, and performed excellent work.He asked questions as to the positioning of the commercial sink instead of installing it where the old sink was removed.The rating has 5 stars - I would give Jonathan 10 stars.

Dealing with Baker Brothers is a breeze from the first call to end of job! Sean is just awesome! We don't speak plumbing but he explained everything clearly and kept us aware of progress. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Unfortunately, they only provide 4 hour windows for appointments, and only between 8a-5p during the week. They also claim to call you 30 minutes before a technician arrives, but both times it was about 15 minutes, and was also outside the 4 hour window.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!
