Recently, the toilet in my master bathroom broke the connection to the flapper and stopped flushing. One never realizes what a convenience it is to have a working toilet nearby until it becomes necessary to race to the other end of the house to use it! Clogged kitchen sink....$714.00.We tech first arrived I asked about going on the roof and cleaning out the pipes that way and he said no we don't do that we go through the pipes under the sink.that was $270.Unable to get the sink unclogged he suggested going on the roof and clearing it that way.$240 more.still unsuccessful so next was a power hose $540 more.Had to buy a $99.00 membership to get discounted rate to make the final bill $714.00.This company took advantage of my elderly parents. Please don't waste your money with these rip off plumbers

Our technician found the problem in our sewer line, showed us the camera view, and explained the problem in detail. The repair estimate is fair and finance options made it affordable.

Although, the A Star team on the phone and the technician Adam were polite and professional, my issue is with their wrong diagnosis of the problem with my AC/Furnace unit and their over priced estimate. The A Star technician Adam told me that I would need to replace my entire AC/Furnace unit to fix the issue with a estimated cost of $8400. I had the issue looked at by another AC/Furnace repair company (Bill Joplin's) who correctly diagnosed the issue as a bad furnace motor that could be replaced for $600 including labor. So clearly either the A Star technician was not competent enough to diagnose the issue or he was deliberately trying to rip me off.

The technicians arrived as scheduled. They immediately began the repair of the transition from the heater to the evaporator. It was repaired in no time and the system was running normally. The technicians from Right Call Solutions are all pros and they have my total confidence.

I bought a Rheem system from them at their recommendation in 2009. My experience with them had always been pretty good. Although it was a bit of a struggle to get a diagnosis during the busy summer season, in the end they stepped forward and are replacing my defective evap coil (Rheem warranty repair) It sound like other manufacturers had the same issues with their thin copper tube coils leaking. I was told that Rheem has gone to an all aluminum design which is what the replacement is. No one wants their AC to go out in June when its 95 degrees and I understand that parts fail but I appreciate Air Force One taking care of the problem after it was diagnosed.
