Never shower up on time, didnt have the necessary equipment to do the job.
Just caped a pipe and wanted to charge 100 dollars and never shiwed up the next day we agreed on. Dont recommend this company.

I have recommended them to friends and would use them again.Having to deal with an unexpected major expense is never easy but Chad from Accurate Leak & Line made the experience as pleasant as possible. We needed to replaced the entire sewer system under our house to the city connection.Accurate Leak's employees worked very hard and were professional. They keep us informed daily on their progress and complete the work ahead of schedule. Passed city inspection without any issues.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

We were experiencing water leaking from an unknown source. Our carpets were getting soggy on the other side of the wall. I called Pure Plumbing and Daron was at our facility within the hour. He quickly found the source and fixed the problem. We had a faulty hot water heater that started to leak. I specifically asked for Daron because he is familiar with 2 of my facilities. Not only is he consistent, professional, knowledgeable and fast -- he's very patient when explaining the problem and going over the solution. I'm not a plumber so I REALLY appreciate him using layman's terms when explaining the process. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the work is exceptional! Daron has repaired and installed fixtures in the past, but this time was an emergency and I'm SO grateful he was able to help us as quickly as he has. I will certainly keep PP on speed dial. They repaired a sewer line leak. The crew was clean and efficient. Their excavation crew had all the dirt under my house put back and left my backyard the way they found it. Great job!

JP and the Barbosa crew were fabulous. From the first phone call they were responsive and easy to work with. JP took the lead and worked with my tenants to make things as easy as possible. I needed a new HVAC installation and removal of an old HVAC unit including all new duct work. The installation team was detailed and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and incorporated their work into anything existing in the house. It was all done in one day, they showed up on time and finished on time. When it was done the place looked like no one was ever there, the clean up was spotless. Bought $45,000 of Carrier Air conditioners for my restaurant. The largest unit quit in June and they said a board win out and then they jumped it and burnt the blower motor up. It is now September and I have been through July and August with no air-conditioning and nothing but excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Richard Walker sold me the unit and never showed up for installation after they made me pay for them in advance. JP Powell does not return phone calls as he was the one that showed up for installation and I never can hear from him. To force a customer with brand new air conditioning to go through Texas summer with none is about is poor service as I have ever seen. Be very careful if you use this company. I just spoke with Megan at Walker air and her suggestion was I can go buy a water cooler or a window unit but they cannot repair my air conditioner because they do not have parts. They can sell me another new unit because they have parts to make new units but my six month old unit is not a problem for them because they already have their money. She blames at all long carrier however I did not write carrier a check I wrote Walker air a check for the units. So if you have problems do not worry you can go buy a water cooler or a window unit to put in your business.
