I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

Just had Will and J.R at my house to complete the finishing touches on my kitchen remodel. Aka sink, garbage disposal, dish washer, and fridge hookups. I spent 2.5 hours waiting for the plumber to arrive before finally giving up. I called Roto Rooter three different times while waiting to request an update on the plumber's arrival and was passed to dispatch each time. Three times I was told I would receive a prompt call back updating me on his ETA, but that never happened. It's far passed the end of the day and I never got one phone call with an update, an apology, or a request to reschedule. I understand everyone is busy these days, but the lack of communication from this company is unacceptable.
