I was able to get the Onesource plumber to service my frozen/burst outdoor spigot in less than 24 hours during a busy time. He was on time and explained my potential issues before completing the work. He also took the time to show me where my shut off valves were and how the plumbing system works. Best plumbing service I’ve received.

Christi answered the phone. 3 times within the first minute she ran up my bill. All I wanted was my toilet fixed but, her entire focus was grabbing as much money as she could. I mentioned I own commercial and residential property throughout D/FW and thought I'd give these people a try. Typical scammers. Stay away!

Dependable and timely manner

Not reliable . The plumber canceled two appointment. I do not recommend this company .

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

We have used Atlas Plumbing for several large and small jobs including a large cast iron drain replacement and additional smaller jobs including a water heater replacement, pressure water leak in the yard, and gas line replacement. I have had nothing but great things to say about the crews that came - always very professional and did a great job each time. Sonny (owner) was very involved, answered innumerable questions, and checked in frequently with the large cast iron job. Overall, highly recommend.

They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. Hi - Gene was absolutely fantastic! We originally had contacted a different plumber to address a gas leak. That company did initial work but was not able to give us any dates as to when the work would be completed. And the house now had no gas! Gene reviewed the situation, created a plan of action, contacted the appropriate agencies for gas/permits and whatever, and completed the work on time and for the price quoted. We wished we had contacted him from the start and saved days of aggravation. Next time I need a plumber in Dallas I know who to call.
