Samuel was on time, kept me informed, and cleaned up the job site so it looked as though he was never there.They had the latest technology to quickly and accurately pinpoint the main line break under my slab. Utility downtime was greatly minimized and the repair was done same day.Highly recommend!

Our AC went out in the middle night, and we couldn't get anyone to come until the next morning. I called another company that was incredibly rude and tried to sell me $1,000 worth of work that I didn't need. After hours on hold with other companies trying to find someone who could come out today, I finally called Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were able to send a technician out within an hour to do the ac repair and quickly determined what needed repair (and what could wait). The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no idea how much our old furnace was costing us! Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly---it was such an improvement from dealing with other companies!

Nothing is worse than buying an older house (built in the 70's) and discover the plumbing under the house is deteriorating and needs to be completely replaced. Okay, maybe some things are worse, but not many.These guys came out and gave me a guaranteed quote after about an hour inspection.I contacted at least 3 different plumbers in the area and they all gave me estimates that were higher than Accurate's guaranteed price. One even said, It's going to be at least this much, but probably more once we get under the house.Anyway, Accurate made us feel comfortable.Only reason I even consider dropping a star from my rating is because my front yard still looks like an outtake from a Tremors movie. I'm not entirely sure these guys could've done anything about it, but my wife is complaining and when she complains we all lose a star.

The crew that came out was fantastic. Alex and his co worker did a great job walking me through the potential problematic areas we were having.

Travis was knowledgeable and diligent. Explained what the issue was and took care of it. Appreciate Andrea as well for keeping us informed on a such a hectic day. Would recommend to everyone.

James is honest and professional. He found where the crack on the drain pipe of my tub and had it repaired quick. He does clean quality work and has an eye for detail. I had another plumbing company come out before Dial One and I was told it would cost over $4600 to repair it. James said the job would only cost $304. We have worked with HC Edwards plumbing for over 40 years. Jason, the son, has taken over now and does the same great work!! We called this morning and he was at our house by lunchtime!! Highly recommended!!!

Jeff Dubose was extremely professional. He arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do, along with prices. He was very courteous and we really appreciated the extra steps he took to keep our house clean before beginning the work. He treated us and our property respectfully . The work was completed on time and there were no surprises with the cost !

Atlas plumbing is run by skillful plumbers. But so are many companies. The big difference is that the people who work for Atlas are honest, nice people. I think they are interested in the long term investment of loyal customers who know they can trust the company. Their quality work and fine work ethic makes them the only plumbers we use.
