Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

Matt was great, very professional and kept me informed of where he was in the repair and what to expect. He sat and explained each step and the charge associated and the different options with if there was any. They got me back up and having hot water faster than i thought it was going to take.

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

I want to thank you for sending Carlos Esposito to determine where I had water leaks under the house. He was very professional, and explained everything he was doing including showing me his video camera of the damage under the slab. He explained the cost and how I I could get financing. Following this he sent a group to tunnel under the house and made all of the repairs including replacing the flange under the downstairs toilet as well as replacing the toilet at my request. He was very considerate, and very competent.I will recommend Mr. Rooter from Farmers Branch especially Carlos to any of my neighbors and friends for plumbing services.Thank you!

My gas line to my house failed a pressure test by the gas company and they shut my service off and pulled my meter on a Friday afternoon. Barbosa Plumbing came over to look at the problem and gave me an estimate of $12,000 to fix the problem with no guarantee it might not cost more. Refused to provide an hourly price. They thought they had me trapped going into a weekend but I declined the deal, did my own trenching and got another plumber to hook up and test the service. They billed me hourly and did a great job, only $1400. Barbosa is the typical predatory opportunistic plumbing outfit, don't use them. I love how they won't provide work on an hourly basis but only want to give you a quote with a bunch of conditions attached that basically says they will charge you more if everything does not go perfectly. They lock in a huge price gouge with no downside for them.

I want to point out the professionalism with Daz and the hard work and commitment they present through their work. Daz isn’t just a plumbing company showing up for the job they come in and they put their all into it with care and gratitude! You don’t see genuine work like this anymore.
