Plumber was contracted to perform all of the repair work that was found during the inspection of our house prior to purchase. Before closing, they came out and ran a camera through all of our plumbing to make sure that what was underneath the house was move in ready.They were scheduled at 10am, they showed 15 minutes before 10am and was ready to go. Older house was purchased and the line at the meter was broken. They contacted the City of Dallas to initiate repairs. Once that issue was out of the way Jerrod and his team completed all of the tasks that were needed. During the repairs they did identify one other unknown issue. It was repaired at a reasonable price above what our initial quote was. The repair was justified and not a “oh we found a problem, let me charge you through the nose.”A few days later I asked them to come out to check something else out that was found after the fact. This round they sent their master plumber after hours to make sure that we were taken care of.Tribeca is a small local company and still by far more reasonable than most commercial companies. Plus you get the local service that used to be common place. Our house was built in the 50’s and we still have cast iron under ground. They could have sold us a re-pipe at $40,000 and we wouldn’t have been the wiser. They allowed and wanted me to stay behind the camera so I could see the condition. They explained the process as they were going through the exam. Said the cast iron looks good, and we should be good to go and then educated me on how to make sure our cast iron stays fit.Chances are, I will always call on them first to take care of our plumbing needs. Actually, it will happen sooner than I think, we need a new ice maker line, because it was located UNDER The house.

Paid $125 for a toilet to be unclogged, the toilet was clogged again the next day. I called to let them know and all I heard was “alrighty”...they made no effort to fix the issue. Had the nerve to ask me for more of my business. No empathy or concern for the money I just spent with them

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Will continue to recommend them, they did a great job for us! Thanks to Patrick and his team!

I've used Dallas Plumbing three times now. Two times on my own home, once for plumbing and once for a/c. Today 3/20/16, Dallas Plumbing Co serviced my boss's a/c unit in a home that is pending sale. It was important to get it done as soon as possible to satisfy the repair requirements. As always, they were prompt and charged a reasonable fee. Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!
